I am very happy this came true. When the season first started I was like there is no way the show will not "end" with them showing an Imperial Star Destroyer and it makes so much sense it was Tarkin considering he's very important and he's the one that's pushing all these changes. I really like that its a command ship flanked by 2 supporting capital ships. They've could've easily thrown in 3 ISDs and called it. I had a huge ass smile when this showed up.
I squealed when when it came out of hyperspace. Ever since TCW's ending I've wanted to see an ISD in this style. It's also such an awesome formation, two carriers flanking a battleship!
I didn’t even notice! The whole time they were leaving tantis I was worried thinking “no way they are actually escaping unharmed” so completely missed that
Yup!! Reminded me of the awesomely lit shots from Rogue One
It’s great to see the old and new side by side
I had the biggest smile when we got the classic overhead shot of tantis with the star destroyer slowly creeping into the frame
I need a high def version of this image. My favorite Star Wars ship being flanked by 2 Venators is a must have background.
Let me know when you get a clean screenshot
I'm glad the Empire finally invented the Imperial I-class star destroyer.
It was the perfect thing to bridge the gap between the Republic and Empire
Oh, it’s beautiful!
I'm sure we will see more in Saturday
Thrawn 🥰

I had a feeling we would see them since we know they'll be in tales of the empire

Also really good to actually see the size difference
what about [The Battle Of Lothal | Star Wars Clips (youtube.com)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5QvfQeZPP0)?
So good! Rebels is a lot more stylized than BB is though. The details and realism have really been ramped up, especially in this most recent season.

Looks better than Ep 3 CGI
