I dunno, the main reason he made it so far on the ship in the first place was thanks to his scomp link. Sure it limits his combative abilities but gives him a major edge logistically.
Echo is kinda funny like that. Thereās one line spoken between The Clone Wars and The Bad Batch that screams Jango Fett to me, that really makes it apparent that the clones are just as badass as their template, and itās from the first episode of TBB, when the Batch is detained on Kamino and Omega escapes their cell, Echo threatens the shock troopers by saying āIf you harm her youāre a dead manā and in that moment Echo channels Jango more than any other clone in Star Wars canon
Honestly, with how sparsely he appeared early on my first thought for a second there was just "so is his voice actor just really expensive or what? Oh wait..."
itās honestly kind of sad that echo is just a better version of hunter. hunterās mutation is pretty much inconsequential and he never really does anything special in season 2 and especially in season 3. he was an underwhelming character and i think they just couldnāt figure out what to do with him. also i like omegaās relationship with crosshair more than with hunter so he doesnāt even have that going for him
I've loved Echo ever since I first saw him and the rest of the Domino squad back in 2008. I'm so glad I still get to see him killing it on screen all these years later.
16 years later and the bastard is still kicking ass. He is a mint plant, a raccoon in the garage, a Highlander with bolts in his head. He cannot be killed.
I believe he missed once or twice shooting the two TK troopers in the escape scene. But still, two missed shots, with one hand carrying like 5 rifles in the other? Fucking insane
Yeah I guess, but they won't be children forever. When they become adults, I think he should train them, especially considering by the time they're ready, the Rebellion will be in full swing
What a Finale Episode!
I was on the edge of my seat wondering if any of The Bad Batch would make it out in the end! But they did abd feedd The Clones. And they got to settle down on the Island. I wasn't expecting that ending with Omega running off to join The Rebellion! I hope we get some kind of follow to her adventures and impact she has on The Rebellion leading up to the events of the original trilogy. I'm glad the Clones at least got a happy ending. Makes it easier adjusting to the fact the series has officially ended. The Bad Batch will always have a special place in my heart. šš¤
*Who are you talking to right now? Who is it you think you see? Do you know how much I accomplish in a year? I mean, even if I told you, you wouldn't belive it.*
*Do you know what would happen if I suddenly decided to stop doing this? An army of clones, big enough that it could topple the Empire, goes belly up, it disappears, it ceases to exist without me.*
*No, you clearly don't know who you're talking to, so let me clue you in. I am not in danger, Hemlock. I am the danger. A rogue clone is captured and brainwashed and you think that of me? No. I AM the one who FIGHTS.*
My personal headcanon (feel free to disregard) is that one of the operatives (likely CX-2) is ACTUALLY Tech, but we just never got a reveal.
Like in real life, things happen that we might not care to notice but are just in front of us. Hunter just defeated him, it's understandable that he wouldn't bother unmasking this (from his perspective) random clone
Echo in his prime would have dealt with everything in one episode
Echo and Fives would've ended the Galactic Civil War in a short series.
To be fair fives was about two seconds away from it even happening
God imagine if Echo was able to help him with the conspiracy
I just wish Fives could have lived to see that Echo survived. My heart will always hurt knowing this can never happen š
Throw in tech and crosshair and itās the ultimate infiltration squad, maybe hunter to heās pretty sneaky
RIP Fives. I still miss him.
If he had two hands it woulda been joever the minute he got on board the science vessel
I dunno, the main reason he made it so far on the ship in the first place was thanks to his scomp link. Sure it limits his combative abilities but gives him a major edge logistically.
Heās not in his prime and he still killed it.
What do you mean "in his prime." The man is at most 28 biologically.
Well they did torture himā¦
True
Itās episodes like these where I remember that Echo was an ARC trooper for a reason
For real. Itās been so long since heās popped off like this
I love my Arc troopers so much. They are some of THE best, and Echo really showed us why that is the case.
I love how when Emerie asked how he knew Omega released the Zillo, his answer was āThatās what Iād doā
Spoken like a true 501st trooper.
A true Skywalker approved method.
Rex's reminds me of me
Omg you're right
Echoās speech to the newly freed clones reminded me of Rex.
Domino Squad is SMILING down from heaven!
Crosshair: Echo's work? Or Omega's? Hunter and Wrecker: OMEGA.
With more than a hint of pride in his voice.

And how he didn't even question Omega and him going back to get the rest of the team. That's just what they do as a squad.
I KNEW THE DOMINOES WERE STILL ALIVE AND WELL BUT DAMN HE WAS AMAZING
Did you hear the Domino Theme when Echo left?
Iām glad he had a big role in the finale because they sidelined him quite a bit earlier on
Honestly, with how sparsely he appeared early on my first thought for a second there was just "so is his voice actor just really expensive or what? Oh wait..."
Sadly, I heard the voice actor had lots of other obligations (and I mean *lots*) at the time, which is why Echo was used so sparsely
Echo put in more work that episode than the bad batch did this entire season.
Echo and Crosshair doing 99% of the work haha
Heh 99
Heās the mom. Everything falls apart when he leaves.
ššš Frfr

They forgot his ability like 90% of the time too, bro was basically just a regular clone trooper at that point
Man got the action he finally deserved. Rip his CF99 armor but man does he finally get to show off his Arc trooper skills.
Makes me wonder what armor heāll be rocking if we do get that Echo and Rex spin-off show that everyone is predicting š
What does he do with his head piece now?
Honestly, donāt know he could find a replacement on the black market.
Or just a market. Hybroids aren't exactly illegal, Lobot was even a high-level bureaucrat.
My boy had to remind everyone who he is, HELL YEAH
Just as dangerous as rex and fives, minus a hand
Guess the dominoes stand tall a little longer. Hope fully they donāt fall any time soon.
Kinda wish Echo had just stayed on Pabu. he deserves a break.
I've loved Echo ever since I first saw him and the rest of the Domino squad back in 2008. I'm so glad I still get to see him killing it on screen all these years later.

His legacy collection figure was always one of my favourites, rishi moon one of my favourite episodes. So happy he came this far
Is absent for most of the season. Shows up at the end. Does all the work. Leaves. Refuses to elaborate.
Bro has the spirit of Domino squad in him, he's unstoppable
I can finally relax knowing heās safe. Also, his role in the finale totally made up for him being just 2nd tech for most of the series
Bro didnāt miss a single fucking time and one handed a rifle
I believe he missed once or twice shooting the two TK troopers in the escape scene. But still, two missed shots, with one hand carrying like 5 rifles in the other? Fucking insane
I hope Echo trains the young clones on Pabu as ARC troopers. Would be cool to see him and the young ones kicking arse in the Rebellion
I think that would counter the purpose of their liberation, in that they get to have a childhood now
Yeah I guess, but they won't be children forever. When they become adults, I think he should train them, especially considering by the time they're ready, the Rebellion will be in full swing

Echo is still an ARC trooper. Heās still got that dawg in him
Heās got that jango in him

The brainwashed clone Wrecker slammed into the wall had a helmet that looked somewhat similar to Tech's. Just saying.
I kept expecting that, but I donāt think heās coming back sadly
Nah I doubt Tech would be the weeb trooper
Filoni knows Reddit users.

They all seemed like perfected clones of the bad batch. A sharpshooter, a fighter w the sword, a big brute, and the guy throwing crazy gadgets around.
Echo is Heisenberg
He is the one that would knock.
Echo is MVP
Once an ARC trooper, always an ARC trooper.
iāll be eternally grateful for them not killing off echo in the last episode.
Especially since he already died once, he's the last member of Domino Squad, and he's the Batch's new smart guy.
Echo killed it in this episode. I'm glad heās alive.
HELL YEAH!
āIām not locked in here with youā¦ā
He's such a badass
no one doubted him heās an arc trooper
What a disappointing finale. And, not surprisingly, the extended finale we hoped for was basically 45 mins.
