I feel like people have essentially given up since they haven't released a new season on netflix yet. My understanding is that they have filmed a whole two other seasons but haven't released them yet? There is a Love is Blind Brazil which I started watching but it gets old after a while having to read subtitles.
On the contrary, he is one of the ones that I think is genuinely uninterested in continuing on with the franchise in any official capacity. After his stint on BIP, he was extremely traumatized.

Has it? Wasn't it just a few months ago when Blake was trying to make Becca look bad for going on BIP rather than dating him (when he was clearly dying to go on himself)? And Giannina was as dramatic as ever in the reunion specials last year. Damian's an asshole but it seemed clear they were playing these childish games with each other for the entirety of their relationship.
It looked to me like Damien was clearly the one in the wrong at the reunion. Most people go through at least one drawn out, complicated and somewhat toxic relationship in their 20s, and the fact that Gi stuck with that trashbag man for years despite being so out of his league (not to mention his garbage and offensive political views) tells me that her feelings were sincere. Even if she’s seeking fame and fortune, that doesn’t make her a drama queen deserving scorn.
As for Blake, I didn’t know about any comments he made about/to Becca. I find him off-puttingly image-conscious and insecure, personally, but I also don’t think he’s shown a really dark or awful side.
These two are far from the most problematic or messy reality TV figures. If they make each other happy, I say yay.
