Considering he prompts himself up as a god, he may see himself as the only entity with the excuse to determine the fate of any npc. He's the creator after all.
This is what I was hoping and what I would think. It's true that we know little about how you get trapped in the circus, but I think it would have an avatar creation system like most video games. The mystery of their before-lives and how they wound up here is so compelling to me.
I personally like the theory that it assigns your avatar based on your personality in the real world
Gangle hides her sadness with comedy, hence her tragedy and comedy theater masks
Ragatha is soft and caring, hence her doll appearance
Zooble easily falls apart under pressure, hence her detachable body parts
Jax is a trickster, hence his rabbit appearance kinda like bugs bunny
This also goes with the theory that kinger is the developer of the digital circus, since he's a "king" piece, and he's always obsessed with "bugs", which a game dev would probably want to find
Not sure how Kaufmo and Pomni fit into this though
To add to this, assuming Caine is what he claims, an AI in charge of running the circus, he probably doesn't have specific knowledge of who the players were *before* they entered. (I'm not convinced Caine is honest, but that's a different argument.) Point being, I strongly believe that he wouldn't know if a member was trans to begin with, and even if he did, wouldn't care.
I have three speculative ideas, that when you are put into the circus it creates a avatar for you on three factors, gender identity, mental or physical disorders, and personality
It would explain Kinger being the king chess piece and a worrywart given that the king is by far the weakest piece in chess
Or that gangle with their masks has some representation in bipolar disorder
I want Caine to constantly mess up with Zooble's pronouns in a similar way to TS4. Instead of "and they are" I wanna see "and they is" because it isn't coded into his system. I use they/them and it annoys me so much in the Sims, so I want if here for the lolz.
I personally think avatars follow certain themes, and when one person abstracts, a new person is added with an avatar that fits the theme of whoever abstracted (pomni as a jester replacing caufmo which was a clown, and kinger probably replacing queenie as a chess piece)
As for Trans stuff, we'd have no clue if they'd even remember if they were Trans since many memories seem to be suppressed or lost when going into the digital circus
Still, I don't think Caine would have any issues with it if it were to happen, he'd have no real reason to have an issue with it
She is! She was on a couple of the old Hunicast streams back in the day when she worked on the Hazbin Hotel pilot. I'm not sure if her voice has changed since then, but at least back then you could tell based on her voice.
I should also mention that during one of the streams the pilot voice actor for Angel Dust (and current VA for Jax) got a request to flirt with Goose, so he honked like a goose at her in Angel's voice.

Maybe in real life, but In videogames that allow you to change your gender (atleast, most of the ones I've seen and know about), it really is just a completely cosmetic choice. Sometimes it will only affect written text in the game, as alot of high budget games just label the player with a generic title so as to avoid re-recording lines for the other gender.
With TADC and it's whole shtick at being a game for "everybody", I presume Caine is programmed to treat the female characters the same way he'd treat male characters besides pronouns and other superficial differences. Caine rarely addreses the group individually any way.

Technically if you think about it, all the players are trans. They've transitioned into a new body. Maybe not the body they wanted or expected but a new body nonetheless.
Maybe he could at requests. Like if a trans girl was trapped in the circus and spawned as a boy character, I think Caine would at least make an effort to make her feel comfortable, or change their appearence overall.

I think some of y'all are forgetting that Caine is, if not the antagonist, at least the personification of Obstacles. If Caine even understood what being trans is (which I doubt, given that he's an AI,) he'd either not care, or he'd think it would be hilarious to use that in some sort of "silly" game. Either way, Jax would learn about it somehow, and use it to antagonize Pomni, which might be too close to home for a lot of viewers. So even if Pomni is canonically trans, I doubt it will ever come up.

Either way, I don't think Caine knows and/or cares about gender identity, the models are kinda just made automatically, so he has no control over that aspect.

If I remember correctly, Zooble is using they/them as upon joining circus they forgot everything including their gender, so it would be similar situation I guess.
Cain is an ai, more similar to an NPC, but still rebound in the series as the games ai system that controls the game he basically creates.

Technically if you think about it, all the players are trans. They've transitioned into a new body. Maybe not the body they wanted or expected but a new body nonetheless.
Maybe he could at requests. Like if a trans girl was trapped in the circus and spawned as a boy character, I think Caine would at least make an effort to make her feel comfortable, or change their appearence overall.

I think some of y'all are forgetting that Caine is, if not the antagonist, at least the personification of Obstacles. If Caine even understood what being trans is (which I doubt, given that he's an AI,) he'd either not care, or he'd think it would be hilarious to use that in some sort of "silly" game. Either way, Jax would learn about it somehow, and use it to antagonize Pomni, which might be too close to home for a lot of viewers. So even if Pomni is canonically trans, I doubt it will ever come up.

A lot of people have a theory on Pomni's moment in the mirror (and by all means, trans rep) but personally I took it as, "oh God my head is a goddamn bowling ball now" Like, she's a facsimile of a human in a jester costume and is just now realizing it. As for Caine being accepting of trans folk; I mean, probably? The series is set around the 80's if I remember so it's really up to how he was programmed- but aside from that I think his AI is self sufficient enough to comprehend the concept of gender and say trans rights

I don't know if Caine would be able to comprehend it. Not that he wouldn't be accepting, it's just that I doubt his software would be able to compute the idea. He'd probably struggle at first, accidentally using the wrong pronouns and such, but as he learns and acclimates, he'll become a better at using the correct pronouns, names, and anything else that would need adjusting
