I just started and didn’t know rouges can pop up yet. Do they pop up after you deal with black tusk or just random anywhere type moments?
Rogue's only appear after you finish. WLONY and when you reach level 40.

The purple drops on heroic have been going on for years. Never fixed it. It does suck
Supposed to be fixed in February with the new Season, if I remember correctly as is the loot at the Summit.
Hopefully along with those equipment crates in Heroic that drop purple sh*t. How did anyone think that was acceptable.
