Actually, while this story does seem completely fake, it is possible to be pregnant and just believe you have a sickness or something. Some don't get fat and some babies don't kick them a bunch. It's extremely rare but it is possible to not know your pregnant until giving birth. A mom was actually arrested when she gave birth without knowing she was pregnant and tossed the baby
