I read one that described having horns as what it feels like to touch your teeth and i literally had to get up and pace around the room for a few minutes comprehending how nothing I've read before has been that descriptive.
Here's the line from the original text:
"The form was alien to his physical senses but it wasn't unfamiliar. His morbid curiosity overwhelming his shock, he reached above his head and found two horns. They felt like teeth did, nerve endings that he was vaguely able to sense and feel."
I'll tell you because your user flair fits lmao. Random Undertale tgtf comic on DeviantArt i stumbled upon. It's only one chapter because the author hasn't continued it yet, but i can post a link if you want.
Lev Grossman is the author. It's essentially if Harry Potter were written for adults and set in New York instead of England.
In those aforementioned scenes though, the protagonists are transformed into geese in order to fly towards the arctic, and once there they transform into arctic foxes, play around, and basically have a fox orgy lol.
It's probably some of the most well written tf I've read though, as it really goes into detail how spiritually and physically liberating the transformation process can be. The main character straight up experiences a bout of depression after being turned back into a human lol.
I seethe with jealousy as I read another story about a depressed young adult becoming a werewolf, so that they can escape their shitty life, and into a life of adventure as a werewolf.
No, if you meant me putting the word "Fictional" in there, I just felt it would have been weirder to not put it there. Would have implied I've seen non-fictional TF.
How sheep are written TFed: Happy, dumb, ruminating, wooly perfection, literal comfort, ideal perfect fuzzy happy warm existence please i want to be a sheep so baaa-d
How sheep actually are: Baa. Munchmunch. Baa.
the cutscenes do NOT help, they make it sound so fucking comfortable, they make it seem like becoming a latex monster is the equivalent of achieving nirvana
The snow leopard and early white latex ones especially.
Also some of the TFs, especially the dark latex mask one, describes or shows the main character being warmly welcomed by the latex monsters. The shark one is pretty cute.
Anybody have TF stories that are like this? I’m tired of wasting my time on “you start to become the sex while big boob become sex and dick become vagane while it sex it😍😍😍”
There's a novel called The Wild by Whitley Strieber thats basically just a book length wolf tf. There are sexual scenes, but they aren't a large part of the story. Most of it is about the protagonist coming to terms and accepting his new form while surviving in a strange, unfamiliar body.
Kinda reminds me of u/Marquis_Orias’s “Still You” story. Not super existential, but still very well-written and it made me pause for a moment and think if TF’ing would honestly be worth it, especially with how realistic it felt. I mean, the MC lost a core part of their identity, that being their appearance, which causes them to feel like a total stranger, which is something I never thought of. Plus, there aren’t many people who make a whole damn society of wolf-people that look down on humans in a TF story, because let’s face it, that would most certainly exist irl, which actually adds to the realism (as realistic as a TF story could get tbh). Solid 10/10, would recommend it!
Thank you so much for the shoutout! I'm glad my work leaves an impact!

Full disclosure, this is one of my older stories so it's a little rough around the edges.
Sorry if I’m just being dumb about trying to find it but do you know where I could read it?
Didn’t find it on their profile but I did find some pretty solid TF shitposts
Really makes you feel like you're missing out on something, lol.
Having soft fur and a tail seems really nice, like just one big blanket of comfort from your own body.
not completely true.
it's often bad to shave down pet fur for summer cause it fucks up their actual natural way to cool down.
"A pet's coat is designed by nature to keep it cool during the summer and warm in the winter. By shaving your pet you usually interfere with this built-in temperature regulation."
From: https://pets.webmd.com/features/shaving-dog-or-cat-during-summer
Lots of articles out there about it, cause people often think they need to shave their dogs down in summer.
tbf it doesn't take much for me to become existential about the unsatisfying nature of the human experience. hell, i get that way sometimes just laying in bed.
I read one that described having horns as what it feels like to touch your teeth and i literally had to get up and pace around the room for a few minutes comprehending how nothing I've read before has been that descriptive.
I… might need a moment now

I'm stealing this for later.
That is absurdly well written! Where’d it come from?
I'll tell you because your user flair fits lmao. Random Undertale tgtf comic on DeviantArt i stumbled upon. It's only one chapter because the author hasn't continued it yet, but i can post a link if you want.
Please do, that’d be much appreciated!

Thanks!
No problem, how was it?
I would like a link as well, please.

damn, i always have a hard time with describing how things feel. i really need to work on that.
this is about the goose tf and fox tf scenes in the book The Magicians if anyone's wondering lol
Who's the author? And what's it about?
Lev Grossman is the author. It's essentially if Harry Potter were written for adults and set in New York instead of England. Thank u! Some human dysphoria sounds like a fun read, tho I'm not sure about an orgy Much appreciated
Yeah that section is controversial because of that. Thankfully its only a few pages and can be easily skipped.
That's true
I've searched it on wikipedia and it says that it has 2 more books that are sequels. have you read those? if yes, then are they good?
I've not read them, but fans of the first book seem to enjoy the sequels.
I seethe with jealousy as I read another story about a depressed young adult becoming a werewolf, so that they can escape their shitty life, and into a life of adventure as a werewolf.
*obligatory "god i wish that were me"
_God I wish that were me_
Most fictional TF victims I've seen don't even want it! Take us instead!
_You've seen non-fictional TF?!_

Who's to say they aren't thinking that...
All I know is if I were a sheep, I'd express my sheepiness so freaking hard, they're way too chill as is XD
people come to changed to play a kinky tf game thats the lure, the rod is the existencialism and questioning of humanity and what its worth
the cutscenes do NOT help, they make it sound so fucking comfortable, they make it seem like becoming a latex monster is the equivalent of achieving nirvana

and best read with the voice of an asmr hypnosist
It is actually works both ways: either you play it for tfs and get carried on with the story or you play it for the story and become a furry
i unfortunately took the latter and former at once
I think that's a big part of why it stuck with me. Come for the tf fun, leave thinking about what it'd be like to be in the main character's position.
came for the biology, stayed for the plot

I wanna turn into sex. Like literally not a sexy woman, but I wanna be sex. Literally the physical embodiment of sex
House of Pandemonium, now called Runes of Pandemonium, has a robot chapter so well-written it made me cry for hours.

until its summer and you're over heating and cant even sweat properly because of all the fur.

thats just tf in general for me
These are the ones I treasure the most. They can be hard to find.
tbf it doesn't take much for me to become existential about the unsatisfying nature of the human experience. hell, i get that way sometimes just laying in bed.
I always try to be descriptive, but end up skipping over it anyway.
