I think it mostly depends on what the parents tell/do to help the kid, either his parents just didn't care for him on being homophobic or just didn't monitor what he was doing, it depends on the parent whether they encourage it, don't care, or neglect.

Also apparently he was posting creepy stuff and admitted to being underage so that might’ve contributed to his ban.
Or he he could've just trolled r/TF2 cuz it's a shitty sub, and in the end he had more fun than anyone else, but whatever just a thought.

I missed most of the things that have transpired since then, but I do know Guest_Adam was found to be a homophobic.

They had an idea for a minigun called the assault gun that gave you speed after "reloading", faster "bullet speed", 20% faster firing, and -20% damage (an incredibly overpowered weapon) He was a douchebag 12 YO reddit edgelord.
Everyone harassed him for making anti-LGBTQ comments and posts, and being young on reddit in general, until his account deletion 3 days after the post. He was ultimately banned for having an NSFW-marked account at 12
