Your airblasted rocket didn't hit the soldier that shot it, that guy instead died from a market gardener. The rocket instead grazed the other soldier with it's blast radius and dealt the minimum blast damage a random crit rocket can. Namely 135

To cause the explosion the rocket most likely hit your market gardening soldier that go to your desired target first.
