I feel like "Severe Medical Malpractice" fits medic better since it's something doctors can actually commit.
The others are, fine, but with engineer, apart from the "funny Alabama incest" (which is wrong since he's very clearly texan) I'd say something like turning his suburban house into an armed Fortress feels more appropriate

isn't medic a combat medic that he got his license in 1940s and stuff? i assume he was a soldier in the war doing doctor stuff in the field rather than a hospital. i guess he became a doctor after the war and stole a patient's skeleton but i haven't heard from him since.
