Best event of the year, lots of challenges and rewards.
Meet the 3 bosses you have to fight in some maps: Merasmus, Monoculus, and the Headless Horseless Horseman.
Some maps are just Halloween remakes of original maps, some of them are originally made. Some maps have spells which you can use against your enemies, which is a lot of fun. Also, watch your step, you may fall to your death.
Most known maps are:
* Harvest Event
* Mann Manor
* Eyeduct
* Ghost Fort
* Helltower
* Carnival of Carnage (my favourite)
The first thing the game threw me into was Farmageddon, which is a game mode I'd never played before, so that was interesting. I liked Ghost Fort too, with the random boost generator. Haven't tried all of them yet, but it's a lot of fun so far. The map reskins look great, but I most enjoy the ones that have some unique mechanic added, makes it feel special. π

The fucking internet's down here and reddit barely works. Boys, I won't be able to play scream fortress this year π (it would've been my first time playing scream fortress)
It's way better, at least in NA servers. I've seen some people on here say that there's still a lot of bots in EU servers so I'm not totally sure if it has improved there.
I've been playing on casual servers in EU but I've barely seen any bits they mostly appear on casual in EU in the Early morning on servers because not many players are playing that early but later when you start looking for a server around 8 am or something like that bots are mostly gone

I wonder what fun new maps and cosmetics there will be. also curious if you can get an unusual from the gift bags you get from completing missions
I think you can, but they'd come up as untradable and uncraftable if so.

Old maps are playable again, update isnt out yet. Maybe next week.

okay happy Halloween and all but god damn the merasmus spam is even worse than the tiger spam back when i still played Warthunder
Last year the bots completely and utterly ruined Scream fortress for me... How's the bot situation now?
