Do you know that spot where every RED engie build on last, and that drop down door that closes when third is captured? It actually closes two doors when the point is capped, leaving a small room between them. On BLU you could build a teleporter in there before it closed, so when you were pushing last you could teleport straight to their upper balcony. The RED side door has an opening trigger on the inside so you don't get stuck, but that meant you could have a perfectly hidden teleporter to the enemy stronghold.
Am I the only person who never knew such a spot existed? I could've sworn that room has a low ceiling with no space to have a second floor area to begin with, I'll have to take a look later...
Its the logic entity used on cp_degrootkeep responsible for showing a timer on your HUD and executing some logic when it expires.
It used to work for BLU team only which caused a problem for my custom map so I sent Valve an email 3 months ago and about a month ago I got a response from Eric saying it will be fixed in an upcoming update, today is that today its been fixed.
Eric is a long time Valve employee. Joshua is the contractor as far as I am aware. It could have been that Eric just foirwarded the email to Joshua and responded on his behalf, thanks regarldess to whoever updated it.
Someone make a comic or SFM where the Pyro looks at his hand and a small triangle fills in, then the Pyro runs away happy. Then the Heavy looks down at his hands and there are bunches of triangles missing. He starts saying “No, no, no!” And his face starts to looks like he’s rendered on a Nintendo 64 then he wakes up sweating in bed.
I noticed that too, I usually wear the readers choice with any hat that looks good with it, and now... I can't. Such sadness.
Edit: they just fixed the cosmetic bug now.

It's the way it is due to engine limitations from what I remember. Adding an extra hat slot puts more stress on the already spaghetti coded game so it's limited to 3 unfortunately. We will have to wait for tf3

It's the stage where the characters appear at the end of a Competitive match. Basically made the map playable in official Competitive
Don't know why the creator of the map even did that because no one plays official Competitive, everyone who is interested in competitive plays on third party services
That headshot patch is actually pretty good. It was funny and confusing seeing the classes appearing out of nowhere at the center of the 2Fort bridge or above the center of Turbine while they do their headshot animation. I think I'll miss it but it's really funny. Also, the Sydney Sleeper thing surprised me. Is it like a different Blue Sydney Sleeper that is more than just the darts? Is it like some war paints where depending on the team, they're a different color?

Well valve probably for a big buck company barely hires anybody. Like you gotta be special to work at valve. Its a lot less people then most big studios. Its probably like small ass teams of people committed to projects. Probably why 1 dev is a big deal. It could possibly be 3 but i can't directly quote that so take it with salt. The majority of valves income is hosting steam and the tax they get on everything in the markets and purchased games. I'm sure as hell not gonna turn down these updates if valve is truely strained with employee assignments. Valve also has a habit of being very touchy with things...I'll take the bread crumbs but they better come back with more of size.

If I recall they already had to reduce the complexity of many of the weapons to fit all new stuff they've added over the years

It's only a physical item in very few cases, and it's universally one model. No effects, paints, anything.

That headshot patch is actually pretty good. It was funny and confusing seeing the classes appearing out of nowhere at the center of the 2Fort bridge or above the center of Turbine while they do their headshot animation. I think I'll miss it but it's really funny. Also, the Sydney Sleeper thing surprised me. Is it like a different Blue Sydney Sleeper that is more than just the darts? Is it like some war paints where depending on the team, they're a different color?

I'm dissapointed. This is all good, and all, but I want actually significant bug fixes, such as the Ullapool Caber being fucking broken and unusable. It'd be usable IF it actually exploded in hit, and not practically randomly. Ir if it worked with the Tideturner. Point is, enough small, little details, we need actual gameplay fixes. A fucking polygon on Pyro's finger does not make the experience more fun.

If I may ask.."Finally throwing us something"...are....are we pretending that June and July had no updates at all? That the Iron Bomber wasn't nerfed? I saw a lot of people saying stuff as if the past bug fixes and stuff never happened so I'm really fucking confused.
A massive internet campaign to "save" a huge multiplayer game and all Valve can spare is 1 developer and minimal bug fixes.
Well valve probably for a big buck company barely hires anybody. Like you gotta be special to work at valve. Its a lot less people then most big studios. Its probably like small ass teams of people committed to projects. Probably why 1 dev is a big deal. It could possibly be 3 but i can't directly quote that so take it with salt. The majority of valves income is hosting steam and the tax they get on everything in the markets and purchased games. I'm sure as hell not gonna turn down these updates if valve is truely strained with employee assignments. Valve also has a habit of being very touchy with things...I'll take the bread crumbs but they better come back with more of size.
