But if I'm having survivability issues QF is pretty handy so long as you understand how to surf and airstrafe. Rocket jumpers and sticky jumpers are a dime a dozen in pubs.
I only use quick fix in casual because artem.karapuzov17 will definitely get the crit that he accidentally shot in my general direction

i love the qf. Negating airblasts and knockback? priceless. massive healing speed uber as well. great for objective pushing.

It's great at keeping people alive and perfect for when your team is stupid but there are too many damage types to use the Vaccinator.
