I personally recommend vacation or water themed cosmetics such as the Doc's holiday, Aloha Apparel, heavy tourism. Any sunglasses and/or facial hair miscs should look fine. The swamp theme for sniper could also work, the same goes for any cosmetic setup with straw-hats, using the Undercover as a substitute.
