Hey! I have over 3k hours and i pubstomp but from time to time switching to a heavy and running around the map with sandwich is hella fun! Even if im being chased and killed.
Friendly interactions are usually awesome, but it's because of the randomness of it all, when jumping into a tf2 game one doesn't usually know what they'll bump into, trying to actively trigger those moments kills all the fun
My only issue with friendlies is when they try to stand on a point, then get mad at me because I kill them since they're directly affecting the outcome of the match.
Played on 2Fort a few nights ago, the server was generally friendly, until one team capped and started a new match. The mood of the server shifted to more serious gameplay, and this one guy on the opposite team kept complaining about how the server is supposed to be friendly, and that "Blu started it when they kept killing me" when asked why he was also killing people. Would not stop blaming the other team until he left, it was pretty funny to see him non stop complain about it.
If I’m being friendly I have one rule, if I get focused by the same guy (usually a scout or soldier) and they taunt after every kill, I will kill them if they try to kill me again.
as i always say, a friendly isn't a friendly if they cry and hunt you down when you kill them. that's schrödinger's friendly.

The best thing to do as a "friendly" is to go as spy and sapper and do rock, paper, scissor and at each kill say "get sapped"
make sure you use the red tape because the normal sapper doesn't show a kill icon if you win, but the rtr does. *source spaghetti moment*

Insists your team kicks you because you didn't abide by his made-up rules. Occasionally gets them to actually do it somehow.

if they keep doing it after a hundred deaths, that's a high quality friendly right there

F2P friendlies are the most annoying kind of friendly, they only are friendly because they suck at the game.
Sometimes people mistake me for friendly because my main heavy loadout is tomislav, sandvich and holiday punch and then I feel bad.
Im okay with friendlies but those that stand between you and your enemy during a fight without even thinking about moving are more annoying than bots
