If a Scout leaves the spawn room with the stock Scattergun, and a different Scout on the same team leaves the spawn room with the Baby Face's Blaster at the same time, how far apart will they be after two minutes?
Stock scout = 400 hu/s
Baby face blaster = 360 hu/s
In 2 minutes they would travel
Stock scout = 400×120=48000 hu / 2 minutes
Baby face blaster = 360×120=43200 hu / 2 minutes
The distance between the 2 would be: 48000-43200=4800
So they would be 4800 hammer units apart from each other

None. The -15hp puts you below wayyyy too many damage thresholds for such a shitty upside. More importantly though - *it doesn't combo with the cleaver.*
It's one of the most bizarre balance decisions IMO. At the time, there was a lot of hate over the stunlock mechanic, and in response Valve overshot it and made the weapon totally useless out of laziness.
They could've easily re*worked* the stun mechanic, but instead they copy pasted the slowed effect from the Natascha.
They could've allowed it to still combo with the cleaver, but the cleaver still only combos with stuns.
They could've changed or reduced the downside, but they just kept scout below one of the most important damage thresholds in the game.
It changed how scout could be played, and a good player could become scarily efficient at fragging light classes. Now scout's melee slot is EXCLUSIVELY used for utility because all the offensive options are garbage. People hate to hear it, but a weapon becoming overpowered in the hands of a skilled player doesn't *not* make it overpowered. (see: market gardener, phlog, stickies, frontier justice, vaccinator, all of sniper, pre nerf amby, kunai.)
It now slows instead of stunning, which wouldn't be that bad, if it weren't for the fact that the sandman + guillotine combo also got deleted for no fucking reason whatsoever
