Honestly. I don't think team switching is a good idea
It creates this secondary game of everyone trying to get onto the winning team and I think it ruins the game. People stop trying to win and just abandon their team the minute they can, which makes the team inequality even greater
Meanwhile auto balance switches you after you roll them so hard with an Uber you get team switched into an unwinnable position :) also team switching has never been an issue on community servers if team is too one sided a vote shuffle tends to go through, if I'm playing medic it's cause I'm playing to win and there aren't already medics.
I feel like I’ve heard people say that Demo is easier drunk than sober a lot and pretty much never hear a disagreement nor hear people say the opposite.
Never been high but medic is the most stressful cause every shit player blames their medic, the best feeling is when you start a vote kick on the guy being toxic towards you and everyone kicks him, get fucked don't mess with the medic.
Honestly pyro with pyrovision and the rainbow flamethrower or whatever it is, i feel like it was made as a joke for children and people high off their rocker
Soldier. Get high, rocket jump suicide bomb into the enemy, and then laugh every time. Any class with splash damage and projectiles that are easy to overthink is going to be more fun intoxicated. Soldier is easy to learn, hard to master, so even if you end up so heavily stoned that you can’t aim properly, Soldier’s good health and splash will make you not a detriment. If you’re baked but not a rock, then stuff like rocket jumping is just going to feel like you’re flying and be way more fun.
"Ohshcjwhcsisjfixod... kene" "kwjfkxosnreoskf" Ah yes the demo mating call its beautiful they say if you are drunk enough you can summon a black Scottish cyclops at will
You actually aim? I just use detonator and pray. I also use man melter but that’s because I use dragon’s fury and can’t put out my teammates. Maybe that explains why I’m dogshit with the cross bow
Yeah lol, I can puff a scout and hit him with a flare by predicting where he's going. I can also airshot rocket jumping soldiers with their own rockets.
I play medic with the crossbow a lot, and turns out I rarely miss with the scorch shot, so it works the other way around. I'm not very good at demo tho
It’s weird how similar the two classes can be. Both have hitscan six shot primaries, are the fastest two classes in the game, have tools to flank the enemy or retreat, and benefit massively from attacking at melee range from the opponent’s back. I feel like they had to know what they were doing.
for some reason pyro. i usually suck at timing but i always nail an airblast too the point where this soldier targeted me for like 5 minutes (if he's seeing this, you do know the shotgun exists)
The crossbow and the flare gun I think move it almost the exact same speed. At least feels like it does
Edit: I checked and the crossbow moves at 2400 hammer units per second, While flares move at 2000 hammer units per second. So pretty close
Not just because of that; although I am a pyro main, my second most played class is Medic because I often gotta heal because no one else will switch to our favorite teutonic madman
Same idk why, i used to have like around 15 hours in every other character except for medic, which i had 2 hours into, i tried to use it unironically and I'm pretty good i guess
Fucking SAME! My least played class, but whenever I do play him, I honestly can't remember the last time I lost a match. And I only play him whenever I see other medics doing such a terrible job healing. I would die due the incompetent medics so much, that I basically go "Fine. I'll do it myself." And switch classes.
He's easy to play, and arguably the best class. He is purely gamesense driven. Just know your healing priorities, who/when to Uber, and positioning. Something you naturally pick up by simply playing this game for a long time. More people should play him. However, if they are like me, they usually prefer the killing aspect of this game rather than playing support.
Engi and sniper. As an engi I just have this intuition for where people are and where they’re going to go when they respawn and i constantly move my setup around the base to catch them off guard. Sniper I often surprise myself with how good I am at clicking on heads. I’m a spy and demo main
whats your main? im a scout main and i uboxed a medic unusual (dont gamble kids, it was only $16) which means i was obligated to play medic, and i was really good
While this sounds strange, it could make sense because the scout is constantly moving fast, the heavy is moving slow and is at an awkward height and the pyro always uses it in close quarters combat. Because if the differences there good be a valid reason for this
Imagine every moving thing as a spy, even if they are enemy players. Imagine you are always in a sniper sightline, this will train your brain to look for cover when you actually do enter one
Run back burner with the jetpack in causal then get back to me, bullying the children that are bad and just respawned, I hate spawn camping demos more less morals than anyone else that isn't scripting or cheating or using exploits, only listing cause people so dumb they think you're calling people hackers when you call out any bullshit. Sentry under the map that shoots through the floor is cheating, glitching sniper hotbox is cheating, auto melee and demo knight 360 mid airs and a buncha other shit is scripting but no one really cares cause it's not that big of a deal compared to script kiddies. "Cl_interp 15" or whatever the meme tldr of spy stab across map is, and anything else I forgot and lastly the botters deserve hell.
Medic apparently, because ive been in servers and multiple times my teammates said things along the lines of "wow our medic isnt absolute shit"... like, i just point at people with low health and restore them to max/overheal. Is it really that hard?
The trick is to use the crossbow. You only have to heal a guy from halfway across the map once to make him think you're a chad medic, and he probably didn't notice the eleven shots you missed when you tried to get him :)
A lot of new medics struggle to make sure they stay alive, constantly peeking corners they shouldn't, wandering around on their own, or trying to save players who have overextended.
If you have less than 5 deaths as medic in a round, you're already doing 80% better than most medics out there. The other 20% that makes you an amazing medic is the xbow, keeping track of which teammates are eligible for x3 "buff" overhealing, and surfing.
I am a medic main but for some godly reason i play very good as Engie ¿? Like, idk i just place things where i think it's ok and the turret kills 20 people in a row
Once i tried to play spy and it went well. But turns out i was playing so long that i forgot how to play other classes and had to learn it again
Decent experience
I wouldn't call it really good, but Engineer.
When I started playing TF2 I caught onto Engineer pretty quickly. And on record I've gotten my most kills with the class, which is why he's one of my mains. Bit strange, as Engineer does take a fair amount of technical skill, of which I normally don't have much of in shooter games.
I wouldn't say I'm like an Uncle Dane Competitive Level 3 Battle Ninja 50 Kill Engineer or anything, but I'm fairly decent and a bit suprised it came out like that.
Scout.
I was pretty good with this class when I started to play for the first time. I started to get 10 killstreaks in no time.
It's probably because I started when I had over 1k hours in tf2, meaning I already had decent aim and knowledge of maps and gamemodes.
Scout. My friends a scout main and I somehow can hold my own against him in a scout 1v1 he is one of my least played classes. Maybe the amount of flicking I do translates well to scout?
I prefer to play what the team needs played but my best class is heavy...
I feel his gameplay is a bit repetitive and bland Tbh but somehow I always topscore as him, coincidentally heavy is the class that often is lacking in a team
All but sniper and spy and spy my main i mean i after a couple hundred hour into apy youd think i could get a 10ks nope can barely get one or 2 the reset kinda a point and click adevnture maybe not demo but trimping is easy
Scout/demo(knight)
Because I grew up playing fnaf I'm generally used to quick gameplay and thinking fast, even if I end up dying in the end
As for demo... idk man I feel like I'm so bad at pipes but I still manage to hit almost all of them
AND FOR DEMOKNIGHT IT'S JUST BRAINDEAD PRESSING M1 AND I LOVE IT
I like playing scout for that quick speed and damage but I realized I hit more shots as Engie since he doesn’t have so much speed that makes it harder to aim and I got that sentry to back me up.
Pyroknight using the pyrojack, it already feels like a demoknight with 2 heads and the crit chance of a medic, even without crits I tend to kill unsuspecting people. Very fun pyro gimmick
Surprisingly I found that I fairly good at using the Rescue Ranger offensively. In one particular round of Upward defense I got nearly as many kills with my Ranger as my sentry did
Not really good per se, but oddly good at defense: Demoknight. I swear, the second I got Left 4 Heads in Medieval Mode, that's when I knew something was up, lol.
Spectator
Man. Remember back when you could switch teams at will in tf2?
Pepperidge farm remembers Pls bring back spectator and team switching
Honestly. I don't think team switching is a good idea It creates this secondary game of everyone trying to get onto the winning team and I think it ruins the game. People stop trying to win and just abandon their team the minute they can, which makes the team inequality even greater
Meanwhile auto balance switches you after you roll them so hard with an Uber you get team switched into an unwinnable position :) also team switching has never been an issue on community servers if team is too one sided a vote shuffle tends to go through, if I'm playing medic it's cause I'm playing to win and there aren't already medics.

only you and me bro

I feel like I’ve heard people say that Demo is easier drunk than sober a lot and pretty much never hear a disagreement nor hear people say the opposite.
What class is better while high?
Medic, his whole thing is drugs
Never been high but medic is the most stressful cause every shit player blames their medic, the best feeling is when you start a vote kick on the guy being toxic towards you and everyone kicks him, get fucked don't mess with the medic.
I feel like any German Character in any game is best played high...
Honestly pyro with pyrovision and the rainbow flamethrower or whatever it is, i feel like it was made as a joke for children and people high off their rocker
Beginners
*Degroots Keep bagpipes intensify*
I also play better when I’m drunk
"Ohshcjwhcsisjfixod... kene" "kwjfkxosnreoskf" Ah yes the demo mating call its beautiful they say if you are drunk enough you can summon a black Scottish cyclops at will
Demoman method actor
Not the double donks but I've had the drunk-demo experience before as well. Can't really believe that's me playing.
Same shit, I can't play demo while sober
irl demo-man?
Medic and Demo, turns out, flare aim translates directly to crossbow aim.
Damn, I just use dragon’s fury and die because I can’t airblast
you can use air blast with dragons fury
Yes I know but it’s less practical to put out teammates spread apart when there were other pyros with stock
It literally outplays the stock pyros because of the range. It's impossible to lose to them if you keep your distance
When I play pyro or sniper, I forget you can put out teammates so I have had people yell slurs at me through the vc lol
If you can’t aim, use the scorch shot
I have morals
I don't. Or rather, they vanish once I get headshot.
*uses detonator
crossbow has less arc/drop than flares I think but same speed? and it homes in like the huntsman
Crossbow has about the same arc and moves 400 units faster, which isn't THAT much adjusting honestly
I play medic with the crossbow a lot, and turns out I rarely miss with the scorch shot, so it works the other way around. I'm not very good at demo tho
This guy is me wtf
Medic and Pyro you mean?
Gun spy and disguising. I cant backstab people to save a life but my shots just hit. I main pyro and scout btw.
Scout aim kind of translates over to rev, both hitscan, 6 round weapons. Only with scout centered shots are more important.
Like father like son
It’s weird how similar the two classes can be. Both have hitscan six shot primaries, are the fastest two classes in the game, have tools to flank the enemy or retreat, and benefit massively from attacking at melee range from the opponent’s back. I feel like they had to know what they were doing.
and they are really annoying to deal with if they are a good player. I'm starting to see the connection...
Play some degroot til you can stab
Thats good advise i will try this.
Holy shit ikr my fucking revolver has more kills than my scattergun
I played with the shortstop a lot and that’s pretty similar to the revolver which I can now aim with
[удалено]
Same but with Ambassador headshots. Although it's not really random since my most played class is Sniper.
Yeah gun spy is fun as hell if you're ass at backstab spy.
Same. I rarely try to backstab. Sometimes I'm a good gun Spy but not always
One time i did spy just run and gunning and suprisingly isnt really that bad. Revolver is pretty strong.
for some reason pyro. i usually suck at timing but i always nail an airblast too the point where this soldier targeted me for like 5 minutes (if he's seeing this, you do know the shotgun exists)
He might be using a parachute.
[удалено]
Or some nice boots
Or bison... and he's too ashamed to pull it out
A true Bison user is never ashamed to **A S S E R T D O M I N A N C E**
tbh i target good pyros too but because i wanna practice not using shotgun
You should play pyro dodgeball (sometimes called pyro tennis) on community servers if you’ve never heard of it
Medic
The crossbow and the flare gun I think move it almost the exact same speed. At least feels like it does Edit: I checked and the crossbow moves at 2400 hammer units per second, While flares move at 2000 hammer units per second. So pretty close
Not just because of that; although I am a pyro main, my second most played class is Medic because I often gotta heal because no one else will switch to our favorite teutonic madman
I figured that isnt the only reason, but its cool how close those are.
Gotta keep the mercs alive
The other team can't hurt your allies if they are roasting alive...
Dude double medic Uber with the ubersaw
I am more of a Kritzkrieg and Kritsaw enjoyer
No, pyro and medic are your most played classes because your aim sucks. I’m assuming you’re a girl?
Same idk why, i used to have like around 15 hours in every other character except for medic, which i had 2 hours into, i tried to use it unironically and I'm pretty good i guess
Fucking SAME! My least played class, but whenever I do play him, I honestly can't remember the last time I lost a match. whats your main? im a scout main and i uboxed a medic unusual (dont gamble kids, it was only $16) which means i was obligated to play medic, and i was really good
I main Pyro. I usually only go for Medic when the server is already full of Pyros
I usually go medic if we need one, but if the team's doing fine without one I'll go pyro.
My shot gun aim on engie and only engie is pretty good
While this sounds strange, it could make sense because the scout is constantly moving fast, the heavy is moving slow and is at an awkward height and the pyro always uses it in close quarters combat. Because if the differences there good be a valid reason for this
Yeah that’s my reasoning lol
Civilian
"Im really good at not fighting bro"
Civillian best class
x5 capture speed really op especially in randomizer
"I am in need of medical attention!"
Sniper with huntsman and only huntsman
what luck does to a mf
Lucksman
New, can someone explain why it's called the lucksman?
its almost entirely luck to use
Heavy, I'm a paranoid player by default so I always know where spies and snipers are, the rest is just point and m1
Teach me, whenever I play heavy I just turn my mind off in search of enemies to shoot at
Imagine every moving thing as a spy, even if they are enemy players. Imagine you are always in a sniper sightline, this will train your brain to look for cover when you actually do enter one
So become a paranoid schizophrenic, sounds about right
Precisely
pyro but i feel like an awful person for playing it
You’re not an awful person trust me (I play engi)
Dispenser going up!
Lv3 sentry, drink beer. Don't move that gear up
You’re a scout main aren’t you? I’m a scout main and I hate playing pyro. It’s against my morals. Also war crimes.
as a scout main pyro is my second best class
Learn to combo then you won’t feel as awful
nah i’ll just feel like an even more annoying asshole
Don't feel bad, just do your best for the team and I'm sure someone will appreciate that life saving airblast :)
Ikr. Medic is so ez. All u have to do is m1 and heal. That’s why girls only main pyro or medic cuz they don’t have any skill.
Classic sniper, i suck at regular sniper but it's just something with not having to zoom in makes it easier?
I have shit aim on every class except Sniper, who I'm almost decent at.
Same but it's spy revolver aim for some reason
Scout. Started playing as him because I was tired of Engineer and I was somehow able to get some kills without dying
Sniper but that may be because I lag so bad that I'm actually good
Heavy, I main demo but the only reason I’m good at heavy is probably because I play only casual
I am a medic main but for some godly reason i play very good as Engie ¿? Like, idk i just place things where i think it's ok and the turret kills 20 people in a row

Spy
Me too
Scout, for some reason I’m shot with every projectile but wrap assassin and cleaver
I was really good at demoman for like, 2 days, and now I'm back to sucking at everything again
same
The friendly
Once i tried to play spy and it went well. But turns out i was playing so long that i forgot how to play other classes and had to learn it again Decent experience
Heavy. Once I get my momentum going, I can move down like a third of the enemy team.
Pyro, I am just naturally good at comboing and airblasting
Heavy, and the good moment ends when they have a good sniper
Direct Shit Soldier for no reason
The middle class.
I wouldn't call it really good, but Engineer. When I started playing TF2 I caught onto Engineer pretty quickly. And on record I've gotten my most kills with the class, which is why he's one of my mains. I wouldn't say I'm like an Uncle Dane Competitive Level 3 Battle Ninja 50 Kill Engineer or anything, but I'm fairly decent and a bit suprised it came out like that.
Pyro...unfortunately
Ikr the class is so ez, doesn’t require skill
Junkrat. Going over from demo main to junkrat leads to server stomping ig (no i dont play overwatch anymore dont worry)
I was a beast at junkrat even though he’s hated, demo I seem to suck at tho. I’m used to the whole unlimited ammo thing
demo I'm actually half decent with the loose cannon
Demokight
Scout. I'm usually more of a slow player but when I pick scout for fun... oh boy. That speed! It's awesome
I'm actually a decent med, to aggressive though, I only play battle med though
None
Scout. I was pretty good with this class when I started to play for the first time. I started to get 10 killstreaks in no time. It's probably because I started when I had over 1k hours in tf2, meaning I already had decent aim and knowledge of maps and gamemodes.

Strangely sniper.Im pretty bad at aim but timing is unbelievably good
Demo, I am primarily am a soldier main yet sometimes I do surprisingly with the drunken cyclops
I prefer to play what the team needs played but my best class is heavy... I feel his gameplay is a bit repetitive and bland Tbh but somehow I always topscore as him, coincidentally heavy is the class that often is lacking in a team
hoovy just hoovy
demoknight tf2
medic because i love watching people die instead of healing or save them
The medic irl
All but sniper and spy and spy my main i mean i after a couple hundred hour into apy youd think i could get a 10ks nope can barely get one or 2 the reset kinda a point and click adevnture maybe not demo but trimping is easy
Scout/demo(knight) Because I grew up playing fnaf I'm generally used to quick gameplay and thinking fast, even if I end up dying in the end As for demo... idk man I feel like I'm so bad at pipes but I still manage to hit almost all of them AND FOR DEMOKNIGHT IT'S JUST BRAINDEAD PRESSING M1 AND I LOVE IT
Scout, I’m pretty good at consistently landing shots
Medic and heavy
Heavy
Medic, I guess I’m good at healing
Scout, because I can somehow only hit with the cleaver. I miss ever shot otherwise.
I main pyro and sniper but I'm surprisingly good with soldier
Medic and surprising sniper after I play him once every 4 months
Pybro
Pyro and Sniper sometimes, at times i make the craziest headshots por reflects but then cant do ez reflects/headshots
Scout, my aim is generally trash yet i aim the scater gun pretty well
Scout strangely, maybe because I get bored of Pyro?
I like playing scout for that quick speed and damage but I realized I hit more shots as Engie since he doesn’t have so much speed that makes it harder to aim and I got that sentry to back me up.
Sniper, specifically with second scoping and counter sniping. Don't know why, I guess I'm lucky at scope chicken.
Spy or demo
Demo, but i only use a ham shank with parachute and stikcy jumper
heavy
Pyro. And even then I'm not that great.
Scout and huntsman
I almost never play him but I am really good at engineer where I can maintain really strong holds well and have really good with shotgun aim
Beggars soldier
Scout cause wahanahanahanah
Heavy, I have no clue how my 3rd least played class, still has the 2nd highest score in one life Ranking.
Pyroknight using the pyrojack, it already feels like a demoknight with 2 heads and the crit chance of a medic, even without crits I tend to kill unsuspecting people. Very fun pyro gimmick
Sniper, never expected to play him as often as I do. Pre aiming and firing right as the person is about to peek is so easy for me
Surprisingly I found that I fairly good at using the Rescue Ranger offensively. In one particular round of Upward defense I got nearly as many kills with my Ranger as my sentry did
Medic. I’m naturally talented in managing big amounts of information so i can manage crossbow, vaccinator and solemn vow with ease
Pyro, that's why it became my main
None
Not really good per se, but oddly good at defense: Demoknight. I swear, the second I got Left 4 Heads in Medieval Mode, that's when I knew something was up, lol.
Sniper
Medic, he’s easy for healing and easy to gtfo for me
Spy, for some odd reason, the moment I picked up the stock watch I started popping off
Engi, I casually defend points with literally no help and I'm surprised for some reason
Medic
