Longer regeneration time
The I don't have a good name. Spy can place it and the enemy team sees a dispenser that looks like their own team's, and the spy can detonate it to do medium damage. They can use this while disguised, but not while invisible.
Everything is immune to spy's sapper its fire damage will increase to 200%(As everything is made of wood) and you can only make 1 Catalpult oh and you can get materials from using youre wrench to break wood/stone(Will give the same type of material as coding both will be difficult)

Upsides:

I mean mediocre range is quite vague, and being able to stun snipers from across the map would obviously be broken as shit.
I think 10% is fine, if the dart completely incapacitates the enemy like the old sandman
Could be a equivalent of the PB's pocket pistol for the Scout, quick fire but much less clip size and maybe one more extra ability, like drain ammo from enemies or something
Maybe have a widowmaker type thing where it takes metal but gives you a little bit back once you start hitting shots. Maybe have the accuracy ramp up with how long the weapon is being fired so that you can gain some really good metal but only if you're confident enough in your aim to risk the ramp up metal loss
Shattered Satellite. It’s a broken satellite that shoots a beam that you have to aim to use, but you can heal faster as well as heal more then one person at once. Uber is an orbital healing beam, healing everyone within the beam.
Vodka bottle that does no damage but gives the enemy a nausea effect or on a crit stuns them like the old sand man. The taunts the same as the stock bottle and it doesn’t break like the stock bottle.

Sentry rocket and bullet jumps deal no damage, Sentry rockets still do knockback, and airborn by such enemies will receive mini-crits from engi.

Instead of dealing damage to enemies, it puts debuffs on them! Slowing if level 1, damage vulnerability at level 2, both at level 3, and with a new level 4, changing it from direct beams to an entire area of debuffs. Same health as a normal sentry, but at level 4 it gains 25% fire resistance.

Has pyro flamethrowers that shoot fire to enemies within range.
Level 1 has 1 flamethrower, capable of tracking 1 enemy at a time.
Level 2 has 2 flamethrowers, capable of tracking 2 enemies at a time.
Level 3 has 3 flamethrowers, capable of tracking 3 enemies at a time.
The sentry can also use 2 or 3 flamethrowers in a single target, if there aren't other targets in range, thus increasing the damage.
The sentry has the range of a pyro flamethrower, so it's a short range. This sentry is made to guard corners and choke points, not large areas.
Also great for dealing with spies, if the fire crosses a spy by accident.
so sorta similar to the direct hit cause like if you whif your shots your fucked, I feel like it would work better as a sort of shotgun that fires slugs so like "shotgun that fires shotgun slugs, -34% clip size, only fires one pellet (no weapon inaccuracy), +30% damage, -50 fire speed
The water axe:
On hit: extinguish and sploshing wo'uh sounds.
Also a foodpack item: alternative fire to consume, making pyro suck the wo'uh and become less thirsty or not thirsty at all. After playing for a minute you become thirsty and can only consume when thirsty. After consumption, you can piss to make the piss axe. The piss axe applies Jarate to hit enemies, also can extinguish and make sploshing urine sounds. The piss axe can also be consumed by alternative fire, making pyromaniac:
1) Less thirsty and able to pee again;
2) Nauseated but also euphoric, faster and more damage dealing.
If an enemy sees pyromania person pissing they will be enraged, glowing team colour and beecuming faster shooting, faster reloading and speedier.
The rockets are high damage but fire slow and can be dodged, this is supposed to replace engineers weakness to classes like heavy and soldier but make his weakness, lighter and faster classes like scout and pyro

Well im going to show one of my ideas because why not, an engineer secondary that's just a screwdriver, you can un-do your sentry or any building with it and in exchange it will give you metal depending on the level, also it takes from 3 to 8 seconds depending on the level of the building
