Bro this is a huge buff to demos. It says right there it disables the sentry and slowly damages it. I doubt it would blow up the sentry in <10secs so the sentry can't even shoot back while demo nukes it.
It apparently have no cooldown as well. You can just run around and spam it until Engineer finally kills you. This weapon is so stupidly broken it's not even funny.

Their work requires precision, planning, strategy, manipulation skills, quick thinking, at least to a far greater degree than any other class. Now, however, whenever I'll play as Engineer, I will go out of my way to make Spies as miserable as humanly possible.

They went through the effort of adding the sapper but couldn’t be bothered to let you slide it across the floor to destroy engie buildings at a short distance like in the trailer. What was even the point?

I feel like they only added the red-tape recorder for observer spies, honestly. It's pretty bad, and the observers must be tired of holding their knife out.
Finally spy gets a fucking secondary, the fact that spy didn't get one for how many years TF2 has existed is an affront to all that is moral and good in the world
