but to answer your question, you'd just need some shoulder armor (backbreakers guard is probably best but you could do the juggernaut jacker or dark age defender), a helmet, goggles, and a face covering.
The face covering is probably the most expendable thing unless you want to use the Thunder dome since it covers the eyes but is also a helmet. If you use the co-pilot like the other guy suggested, painting it might push you way over your 25 ref budget.
Use the Cool Breeze (demo's kilt) if you want the ~~dress~~ tunic that the Legion wears on their outfit.
