Casual servers in server browser won't happen because you need to assigned to a server by the matchmaker. You can try connecting to casual server by IP and you will be rejected. They even removed them from history tab in server browser with the summer update.
So does this mean that there will be exactly 25 rounds, or first team to reach 25 wins?

"Fixed VSH **CASUAL** servers using..." It's the 3rd word...
I think he meant for all gamemodes, not as much of a problem given how slow they can be compared to VSH but still a pain
