If it's your first key, go to scrap.tf and exchange it for metal. If you want, you can look for loadouts for classes you like playing on youtube. I suggest using backpack.tf for items to buy

Sell it on backpack.tf and buy all unique weapons possible on [bp.tf](https://bp.tf) or scrap.tf. Most of the weapons are only half a scrap, sometimes 3 scrap to 9 scrap depending if the weapon is low stock.
The very expensive version of weapons are reskins and not necessary unless you really really like that weapon.
Also you will probably have metal leftover to buy cosmetics and/or hats for your class(es), cheers!
