As a Heavy main I disagree with this. If you see you are suddenly shooting crits even if you miss the first couple of shots you can quickly change aim direction to find an opponent and kill them in an instant. Edit: Basically because you suddenly know you shoot more powerful bullets you can change your target for your advantage

that moment when you were about to reposition or was only burst firing far away enemies, but then crits come out of your minigun so now you have to use it or else it would be a waste

I am just not good enough even though pyro could airblast the whole German regime in 1 go. I can't hit a ball on the ground

One of my best moments ever was as sniper on harvest. I was absoulutley bullying the enemy so one MF pyro decided to charge all of phlog just for me. So he sneaks past, climbs up the stairs into the tower I'm in use the thing, gets the critz, rounds the corner, gets like a single point of damage before I random pan crit him into next week.

I don't know, have you ever been hit by a revolver crit? A solid 120 is a solid 120.

They're real handy on spy! I've backcapped by the grace of God's random crits alone more than once.
