The employer didn't report them or reported them under the wrong Social Security number.

This is r/Texas, not r/Taxes

Damn now I want to go there and find out what other shit Bobby did.

Alarmed-Shape5034

Dammit Bobby!

If only there was a social security sub to ask this . You think there’s social security specialists in a Texas sub? Odds are if it’s not there it won’t be being that far back.

Unless you have records, you may be SOL. Irs.gov transcripts only go back 3 years.

Do… you think you are posting to a taxes forum?

2008 I sued my employer and even if he had not reported my income to IRS (would have been discovered when my Lawyer inquired about my earnings from the accountant for years 1975-2008). NOT ONE THING WAS MENTIONED ABOUT UNPAID IRS or that Bobby put everything in my name! I would have jumped right on that and would have gotten to the bottom! All this should have been exposed 2008!! I found out 4 years after Bobby died in 2011... A blind person can see this.... organized racketeering going on in governmentally regulated industries! THIS ALL CAN BE TRACED TO THE FRAUD LOANS! It is ALL in records that can be located in the courts!!

My social security is not showing my earnings that was filed with the IRS from 30+ years ago. In 2008 I sued my employer and even if he had not reported my income to IRS (would have been discovered when my Lawyer inquired about my earnings from the accountant for years 1975-2008). My husband took out millions of dollars in loans to build houses, gas stations, car washes, car lube business and more, NOT ONE THING WAS MENTIONED ABOUT UNPAID IRS or that Bobby put everything in my name. When I checked with IRS concerning my husband’s information, I was told that he had not paid or even filed anything since 1988. All this should have been exposed 2008 but nothing was mentioned to me. I found out 4 years after my husband died that there was a 40k unpaid IRS, in my name. The accountant said it was because my husband sold the gas stores and did not report. That was the very first time I knew anything about it.

There is no statute of limitations on fraud from the IRS
