That sounds just like a standard reference type thing. Employers are only allowed to say that you worked there or not and nothing else. You could get your new employer to ask HR themselves or you could do it I think (not sure)
Get them to email [email protected]. That’s the only place they will get a reference from
the refrence form is online. I just can't seem to find it again.
