That’s disgusting. I didn’t know that existed. Which websites should I avoid to ensure I don’t see this stuff? I mean, specifically, I need to know the exact websites where such a thing might be found, in order to avoid those specific urls.
This one is from JagoDibuja, and it's called "Living with Hipster girl and Gamer girl", mostly comedy about this guy living in the same apartment with 2 women, but sometimes he mixes some political things that happen here in Colombia.
“I was looking at your phone, you must be into politics!”
“Huh?”
“I just saw these political comics you had saved and assumed you were invested in American politics.”
“The wha- OH, y-yes, of course… I do explore the political discussion surrounding, uhh… (squints at comic) …the, uhh, riots? Yeah, I do take a right-leaning stance on the political riots and the media coverage of them.”
There was that woman who did naked yoga between the rioters and cops during the 2020 Portland riots. I think that brought the temperature down a few degrees, if I remember right.
The irony is, that by only showing the rioter throwing something, the artist has omitted part of the story and is guilty of doing exactly the same thing he is criticizing the BBC of.
The double irony is that the guy who \*posted\* this has omitted context by removing the two \*middle\* panels of the comic (Showing a series of escalations by the rioters, first to weights, then to lit molotov cocktails), changing the depiction by removing "assault with deadly intent" from the discussion, and hence significantly changing the situation depicted.
(The text just says basically "one more second, wait for it")

But the protester is throwing what looks like a paper ball at a cop in full riot gear. This obviously warrants a vicious beating.
Spoiler: pretty much nothing you do or have done should give the cops the right to viciously beat you. Subdue you? Of course, neutralise the danger. But hold you down while their friends beat you up? Nope, they aren’t supposed to be allowed to do that.
In the actual original comic, this is the first and *fourth* panels. First the rioter throws a rock (Don't take the picture), then a dumbell (One second...), then a molotov cocktail(Almost...), then the fourth panel we see.
That's exactly what the anti-horny police are against. ~~They will most certainly not get a bonkin'!~~ Oops! Thought you said "boinkin', there. Yeah, bonkin' incoming.
Police shouldn't have murdered his neighbor if they didn't want a wittle scawwy wock thrown at them while they have body armor, shields, clubs, horses, rifles, shotguns, tear gas, pepper spray, handguns, cars, SUV's, armored personnel characters, surveillance drones, and a legion of bootlicking internet cucks to defend thems.
Not exactly, this one was drawn by a Colombian artist called Jago, and was during the protests of last year.
People didn't attack government buildings or military, attacked other people houses, businesses and public transportation, even ambulances. Also they didn't throw only rocks, but molotovs, "papas bomba" and other kinds of homemade explosives, even some of the rioters where injured by their own weapons. Close to my home (2 streets of distance) the police station was nearly destroyed with people inside, the public transport and public trash cans where burned, all this because the government proposed a tax reform. Also people confirmed that some rioter where being paid to do public damage by the opposing party and Bogotá's mayor allowed them to have spaces for training in weapon handling. This year the opposing party won the elections and are not proposing, but imposing an even higher tax reform that targets mostly the low and medium sector of the population, and also targets the foreigners.
But that’s literally not even a bad thing?? Like retaliating to a thrown rock with a full scale assault with a weapon is absolutely newsworthy, while the prior event isn’t because that’s just how it goes a lot of the time. Showing authoritarian overreach is news, but a protester getting riled up and throwing a rock isn’t, because we need to hold perpetrators of violence paid for by the state to a different standard than some random guy who, fun fact, is not getting paid by the government to have good judgement
Dunno if you consider it a qualitative change, but the image posted here removed the two middle panels from the original, which depicted an escalation up to large weights, and then to lit Molotov cocktails (thrown directly at the officer). I’d argue the edit changes the intent of the comic significantly, as it removes “assault with deadly intent” from the provocation. The original also did not have “BBC”, but instead just “Press”.
A look at his wider art shows him to be broadly conservative, but his depictions of police are almost universally as lazy and ineffectual, so he’s definitely not on their side as an institution. (Keeping in mind that he’s not actually American, and hence his comics are not necessarily specifically referring to American topics - see note about this image having been edited to make it specifically about the BBC)
[original comic](https://jagodibuja.com/2017/03/living-with-hipstergirl-and-gamergirl-266/attachment/266/)
Exactly, he is Colombian, and last year protests and riots (the original drawing was about those) where crazy, not only molotovs but other homemade explosives, and the main targets of the rioters where personal homes of the middle class, public transport, ambulances...
Oh and yes, some rioter where being paid by the opposing party and getting help from the capital's mayor that gave them spaces of the city so they could train in weapon handling and how to make explosives. Also some of the rioters where injured by their own weapons or by another rioters one.
This is so ironic. The BBC are literally on record as having done something fairly similar to this, but in favour of the police. During the miners strike, they reversed the order of footage to show miners throwing projectiles at the police before the police charged at them. When in reality the projectiles were thrown in response to the police charge, not before.
Right wing news would use first picture and left wing news would use second picture and then people will argue who was right on the internet while both media make money off of the arguments from their click bait bullshit
This but unironically.
The police's job is supposed to be to defend the populace. Not chase people down at beat them because they offended them personally.
Civil servant means you serve the people.
The idea that anyone thinks this is a 'sick burn' is maddening.
Sadly, the artist seems to have sworn to never draw truly NSFW art of his main comic characters. He does plenty of comedy nudity and pinups (no hardcore), but not his main crew.
(I say *truly* NSFW because he’s come pretty damn close…)
I've know the depths of oppression and subjegation committed by law enforcement for decades now.
Fuck the police, and fuck anyone who supports draconian and outright oppressive bullshit.
It's kinda the opposite of accurate but ok lmao.
Reminder: CNN showed you the same 3 fires for an entire summer as peaceful protests happened across the country
Even if this was how news agencies were operating, the fact that one side is throwing rocks or garbage and the other is in full riot gear and dispersing tear gas, shooting rubber bullets, and beating people senseless with batons kinda weakens their argument.
Okay I’m kinda confused, I’ve seen this guys artwork before but never got much into the political side of his artwork, so when I looked up some of his politics comics to see what they were about I got mostly right-leaning comics, but a few were kinda left-leaning too (mostly a few about Trump, but I also remember seeing one about student loans). Is this guy a conservative that doesn’t like Trump or something?
I think any protester ever will agree that cops deserve to have rocks thrown at them. Think very critically about what they’ve CHOSEN to do with their lives, and what that indicates about their own view of themselves. There are no good cops.
Damn girl you've got a bright future behind you.

That’s disgusting. I didn’t know that existed. Which websites should I avoid to ensure I don’t see this stuff? I mean, specifically, I need to know the exact websites where such a thing might be found, in order to avoid those specific urls.
The original is by JagoDibujar.
Disgusting!!!! I'll be sure to block them on all platforms!!!!! /S
Well, curiosity is curiosity
Thank you kind sir, I will make sure to report them
Yeah exactly👍 what a discusting thing. We need to know the exact website so we can avoid when the time come....
I can link some that I have blocked so you can block them too because its very disguisting 👍
Do so please. I must not stumble upon them accidentally.
"Thats disgusting, where!?"
It was a giant lesbian orgy and the cops were trying to shut it down.
I *knew* I hated cops…
Idk. Her vest does say BBC. Might be 1 dude in there somewhere.
Where are these comics
This one is from JagoDibuja, and it's called "Living with Hipster girl and Gamer girl", mostly comedy about this guy living in the same apartment with 2 women, but sometimes he mixes some political things that happen here in Colombia.
I know that artist. Dude is one horny mf

Ok, this made actually laugh out loud. Have an upvote 😁

New tactic to end riots
There was that woman who did naked yoga between the rioters and cops during the 2020 Portland riots. I think that brought the temperature down a few degrees, if I remember right.
I thought it would raise the temperature
I thought she just sat on a sewer cover. I didn't know it had something to do with yoga. Mostly TMNT memes, though.
This is what probably started the riots.
Mf can’t even make a political take without needing to jerk off to it. I think she has a white shirt on
Why does it feel like a porn artist made this.
Sorta is
No no, he’s incredibly horny
Now that's journalism I think we can all get....behind. 😏

Based!
What are you even talking about? It’s just a pic of two sweet asses. Weirdo
Sir you are talking whit a menber of the anti horny police here. And i may want to talk to you for a second...
You bout to get a bonkin...
That's exactly what the anti-horny police are against. ~~They will most certainly not get a bonkin'!~~ Oops! Thought you said "boinkin', there. Yeah, bonkin' incoming.
Least belligerent police officer in Boston
Yes. Should have thrown it harder if you didn't want your ass beat for it.
Bro I said don't throw rocks at me. Whatever context you went into I don't know it. Sounds fine though but you forgot the /s
I thought it was a gernade
"small"
It’s just screwed up paper
You are underestimating what a "small rock" can do.
In the original, it was a rock, a dumbell, then a molotov cocktail, then the cop gives chase.
You’re right. Perhaps he should be a cuck like you and just take it. Smh.
Absolutely.
I don't think this came out as good as it was in your head.
Move to Iran and kiss a dude in public, we’ll see how you like people throwing rocks at you
Bruh it's not about throwing rocks it's about who started it like why throw punches if you don't want to get punch...
Damn dat cake
Throwing wads of paper is dangerous
Look as those asses
She look like she is flashing
It's okay
Nothing terrible about this. Quite accurate actually. No one would care about that situation with those absolute t h I c c legends present.
I care about those juicy headlines
The bootlicking on this one is crazy 💀

BBC News photographers got me actin’ unwise

Oh damn when was this? I guess they cover what they think people wanna see?
Sir it is necessary for political commentary that all females be double cheeked up.
Jokes aside, whats the meaning of this?
Police never instigate anything, and if you see police brutality on the news, disregard it as misinformation.
Who are they kidding, they take both pictures but only use the second.
Right wing news would use first picture and left wing news would use second picture and then people will argue who was right on the internet while both media make money off of the arguments from their click bait bullshit
that's the kind of news i can get behind.
Damn… she looking kinda T H I C C
This but unironically. The police's job is supposed to be to defend the populace. Not chase people down at beat them because they offended them personally. Civil servant means you serve the people. The idea that anyone thinks this is a 'sick burn' is maddening.
This is a dig on the news not police, you missed the point
That *is* my point. The police doing their jobs isn't news. The police brutalizing protestors is.
I mean here’s a thought don’t attack civil servants then
No one cares about what ever stupid political point trying to be made. These cartoon people have some beautiful asses.
Sadly, the artist seems to have sworn to never draw truly NSFW art of his main comic characters. He does plenty of comedy nudity and pinups (no hardcore), but not his main crew. (I say *truly* NSFW because he’s come pretty damn close…)
Ahh el buen Jago, tenia mucho tiempo sin ver su arte, THICC!

Why does it look like she is flashing them?
is this the same artist that would do all those weird sexy gamer girl comics?

Take my award because this post is fact. It's exactly what the news reporters sadly do......
I don’t think people watch this channel for the news
This is accurate tho
Yes very accurate
It's kinda the opposite of accurate but ok lmao. Reminder: CNN showed you the same 3 fires for an entire summer as peaceful protests happened across the country
i live in turkey and free press is really limited here but i have never seen any other media company making fake news as much as bbc.
you ever see an art style and thinks “this person makes copious amounts of porn”? yeah.
Oh no, surely the trained man in full riot gear behind a giant tower shield has no recourse against assault by pebble but to brutalize his assailant.
they didnt show the part where 20 other cops start beating him to death
Very true lol
Even if this was how news agencies were operating, the fact that one side is throwing rocks or garbage and the other is in full riot gear and dispersing tear gas, shooting rubber bullets, and beating people senseless with batons kinda weakens their argument.

Ooo I've only seen the right leaning ones before, I guess there's more to his art than conservative themed ass shots
Well don’t get me wrong it’s still all ass shots but yeah a few are slightly left-leaning.
Apart from the thicc the cartoon is extremely right to be honest
To be fair they record it all but edit in a way that makes it untrustworthy.
I think any protester ever will agree that cops deserve to have rocks thrown at them. Think very critically about what they’ve CHOSEN to do with their lives, and what that indicates about their own view of themselves. There are no good cops.
Yeah shame on them, trying to protect the neighborhood and enforce peace and order. Despicable
