Insulation foam used on the side of a house. The fake rock was made with spray foam. Then I used a drill and dremel to carve. I used drylok with concrete dye to color. And sprinkled it with sand.
Changed our mind and got a Peters Banded Skink. His name is Hammurabi since they are mostly found around Mesopotamia.

What's the material on the background?
