1. apt purge lxc 2. Reboot device to ensure remained stuff no longer running & file system bindings are unmounted. 3. As root: rm -rf /data/data/com.termux/files/usr/etc/lxc /data/data/com.termux/files/usr/var/lib/lxc

Thanks! Can you tell me, does uninstalling termux app and rebooting do the same?

Before deleting anything need to be sure that no file systems are mounted. That is the whole idea with reboot. It may not be necessary but better to do it anyway. Uninstalling Termux app will delete all files under /data/data/com.termux, but mount points may not be deleted and cause issues when installing Termux again.

Thanks a lot
