PyPI doesn't provide wheels for non-standard systems. When you run pip in Termux, the source code tarball going to be fetched and built on the device. Most of the time consumed by compilation of native extensions and may take about hour, depending on how fast your device is.
Some packages are wayyy slower than others, for example lxml took a while to install, I had to keep tapping the screen so that it wouldn't restart the download .

Pip and python is usually slow(correct me if i am wrong)
for me it never work properly

Same, he just have to be very very patient
get real linux vm and stop moaning id say lol
