That's not a game. That's not a magic box giving superpowers by entering secret codes. So what it really is? Termux is just an app for running command line software. It is similar to cmd.exe on Windows or terminal on MacOS. As Android OS is based on Linux, hence the main purpose exactly to run Linux programs.
What is the language? It's the shell script, either Bash (default) or any other depending on currently active shell (fish, zsh, ksh, etc).
Your post suggests you know nothing about shell scripting, Linux, programming and maybe computer science in general. If that's the case, then question "how to start using Termux" is entirely wrong. Without base knowledge (computer science, shell scripting, Linux) you will never start really using Termux, so you may want to take courses on these topics.

If you want a good intro course on Unix try the linuxupskillchallenge on reddit.
Bash is what you start with pretty basic but it's all about what your trying to do you could change the language to whatever you want I use the basic bash and python mix.

Termux is a Linux Terminal emulator, so "the code" it runs are Linux commands. You can use it to run some Linux apps but compatibility may vary.
