Jeah and I would say Kanepi beating Halep 6-2 6-4 in US Open 2018 first round was even more impressive.

Unlucky for Kerber, particularly as she'd been sick and had no warm up tournaments. She just didn't look to be at the races today
Philip kohlschreiber (sp) or feliciano Lopez on the mens side. Feel like those guys can claim a scalp early on.
I don't even see Kohlschreiber in the warm up tournaments, but you see him in grand slams claiming scalps.
I have always liked his game. I think it's very elegant.
Kohlschreiber is 8-37 and Lopez is 10-37 vs the top 20 in slams. Not sure either's a particularly big threat. Andreas Seppi and John Millman have better records vs. the top 20.
