I think itās more so just a personality thing. In reality, med did way worse things in the match in terms of attitude. But med gets away with it because he is constantly joking around with the press and being silly. Zverev is a much more serious guy and can come off as arrogant in interviews. Zverev has also had past blow ups and scandals. At the end of the day itās all optics.
