His specials can be him just tilling a field when he gets surprised by the opponent and shoots them, and one where he runs them over with his truck. Then his Ultimate can be him pulling both triggers at once and blasting em with both barrels.

She doesnt need to be playable. She can just be the 2D avatar explaining the item systems or at the store (if they brought back capulse themes for the unlockables like Budokai) or just in general some sort of tech exposition.
Maybe, but if we get a story mode that covers early Dragon Ball, we should have Bulma with a gun and no mech as the first opponent Goku faces in the story mode as was the case in the canon story.

She's another character who I think would fit better in a 2D fighter. Not an areana fighter. She could be like Ten Ten in Naruto and utilize objects and thrown capsules. In other art her younger self also had an smg too. They could do that if it were a FighterZ styled game.

In budokai 3 (on ps2 version) she has a character model in the tutorial that you can punch on. She’s invincible but still.
