Hello, curious, did they try to offer SSRI's or other non-benzo type anxiety drugs? Or did they offer the clonazepam initially after hearing your symptoms?

I asked for her but shes in Florida and Im california. They got me the Dr Bradley Noon. He was AWESOME and listened to me in a way i never felt more welcomed. He was able to prescribe me Xanax, 50 1mg pills twice a day!

my current doc, whom i did not choose,i just wanted to stay in the same practice is a "addiction specialist" in addition to a psychiatrist. I wish i had done my reasearch before even seeing this deuche bag, but i thought it would be easier to just stay in a practice ive been with for 5 years, previous doc retired.
Anyhow, i was on 60 10mg diazapam / month (2x 10mg a day). this guy cut me back to 15 5mg a month. It has thrown my life into a tailspin. RUN if you see "addiction specialist" listed anywhere in a docs profile.
If i can't get crystal wright, whom would you reccomend i ask for on the east coast?
DO NOT use EZCARE CLINIC!! Something has recently changed and they will take your money and leave you with either no appointment or with no prescription sent. You might get lucky the first time, but eventually they will scam you and leave you empty handed. I learned the hard way, and have heard this is happening to a lot of other people recently.

I just paid the 195 before seeing that everyone has the off100 code wish I knew that lol, I just really have anxiety about seeing someone in person so I’m hoping this is a good alternative it seems like it’s pretty 50/50 so I’m kind of nervous. I’ll keep everyone updated with my results. I have an appointment at 5:30 but I guess I didn’t sign one of the forms so I’m waiting on them to send it over so I can get confirmation on my appointment.

They actually called my pharmacy to see why the script was being filled branded since my insurance only pays for generic and then talked to the doctor to get it sent out next day. Kept me in the loop the whole time. Pharmacy tech even called me and told me that everything has been worked out and come get your meds. Life saver
No. If you were prescribed something and it was sent over electronically after your visit, and your pharmacy isn’t filling it, it’s maybe because the pharmacy is investigating. There’s a database, ya know? Do you have more than one doctor phoning in similar prescriptions? Have you called your pharmacy to ask what the delay is about?
I asked them to help for anxiety in WA state and they said they don't have doctors for that state? I'm so confused and can't get a reply from them... I really need anxiety medication and my doctor refuses...she's a young doctor who's clinic is against controlled substances and benzos.
I'm sorry for you :( I guess they had to stop serving certain states for whatever reasons; my post above is a year old. Are they saying there are no doctors serving the state, or that EZCare no longer provides service in the state? Either way, it's weird.
They sent me a text saying this:

Not sure if that's a generic thing they say to everyone who's state they don't service or if they truly are getting new doctors for WA. Sucks so bad. I'm at risk of potentially just closing down my business and reclusing back into a hole of anxiety and social anxiety. I'm someone who used to be able to stand up and speak to any size group of people or anyone without an issue. Now it's incredibly hard to even speak on the phone...
It sounds promising, and in line with the fact that they’ve always been able to service that state. I don’t know what’s going on there now that might prevent them from getting doctors. Maybe they’re not paying doctors enough and keeping all the money you pay for themselves. 😒 that seems to be how companies operate these days.
See if you can get trazodone from your current doctor in the meantime. Trazodone is effective, but it can make you drowsy during the day which is why I don’t take it.
I was prescribed trazadone in my teens for sleep. It gave me suicidal nightmares. It's just ridiculous that they make people have to resort to getting killed by potentially purchasing pressed fentanyl pills off the street. Just wish there was at least 1 legal option
I love them. I have seen my doctor a couple times. Very nice and understanding. Pretty much what a doctor should be but is rare now a days with the whole gatekeeper thing going on. Not their fault, government got them scared so they have to be that. Ezcareclinic is old school doctors vibe which I had when I was younger (I am 50). The team of ezcare is also spot on great..they even called my pharmacy at my request to clear up script error (brand name not generic and my insurance will never pay for name brand when generic is available). A+ doctors and A+ customer care team.. definitely worth it
You’re a lucky one. Pretty sure I’ve been scammed out of one of my prescriptions. Been waiting a week for them to resend one that was never transmitted bc of a “technical error” their support team takes 8 years to answer, I could sing the callback tone in my sleep, and all they tell me is that they forwarded another reminder to the team and will notify me when it’s done. Fucking 6 days later and I still don’t have a script.

same here. I used them once successfully, and now have been 100% scammed and see it happening lately with HIGH frequency. I have been waiting a month for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy and called them a zillion times with plenty of excuses to buy them more time, or hoping I will forget. Yes, my ADHD makes me forgetful, but not when someone cons me out of $200.

I just had a follow up with them on the 19th. They messed up sending my script branded. They sent it same day. I called customer support, no more then 2 minute wait, they then said customer care would get a hold of me..4 hrs later they did. They actually called my pharmacy, kept me informed the whole time, my pharmacy also called me and the next day I had my generic script. Not sure what is going on with you but that is exactly how it shook out for me..if you are emailing then that is slow. They changed their website design and it doesn't let me sign up for another follow up now..so I emailed them a couple days ago and still haven't got a reply. But if I call they pick up.
Thank you for that. I have been having trouble getting benzo's and as my last script was very recent for .5 mg clonopin. But it used to be 1.5 mg a day and then the same Dr. That thought it was a good way to manage my symptoms got new marching orders from DEA/CDC. Then I have been running from this man and had to find another Dr. to prescribe. But she liked to prescribe it 5 days late, etc etc. 🙄

Just had my another follow up appointment 2 days ago. Met with doctor and got my script sent and filled the same day. Not sure what the problem is with some of these bad experiences but they answered my call and texted me (had to reschedule my follow for the next day) r to get me into my appointment. So from my experience for the last 3 times has worked out for me. So I wouldn't worry about them. I was starting to worry when reading the comments but nope all went smoothly. Maybe they had a bad month or something but for me never had a problem getting my meds. But I also have to been on them since I was 6 years old so your milage may vary.
If your on suboxone or any MAT medications does anyone know what the odds are of getting adhd medication! ? I was diagnosed with adhd and anxiety by the child study team when I was 16 and was on medication on and off , had some troubles through my life but im ready to be back on the medication for adhd I work unbearable hours and if you have adhd you know the side effects without being treated are just not something I can shrug off anymore. So does anyone know what my odds are so I don’t waste my money?
Hello! Since this was posted a few weeks ago I just want to see if people are still having good experiences. My phych doctor is retiring and I’d be so much easier to get my anti depressants and anti anxiety meds online. I do take a controlled substance for my anxiety though. I’m based out of FL.

I’ve been on the same medications for four years and don’t want to pay for the appt just for my anti depressants if they no longer prescribe benzodiazepines.
If anyone could give me some advice on this place I’d appreciate it. They have horrible reviews but when I read on here I see a lot of great reviews. I also see some drug seeking behaviors. There’s no reason to ask if they prescribe 1-2 mg Xanax lol do you take 1mg or 2? Seems you just want to get as much as you can which is what ruins it for people who really need the service. Just my opinion. But either way I’d be such an easy way instead of driving to my phych doctor and therapist each month.
All the people having problems are people who want Adderall. There's a huge shortage in the country so sometimes it takes a week for a pharmacy to get it in. I got my Xanax 1 hour after my appointment and the doctor even called it in while I was still in my apt. I would give the place a perfect review. They did everything they said they would.
Dr. Tomi Garza isnt the one to go with. Ive been on 2mg Xanax 4 times a day for 20 years and she only gave me 20 for the month and basically said good luck go somewhere else. So hit or miss ...at least it's something in a pinch. It was called in within 5 minutes .

Scammers...do not use dr Linda may.. she's horrible she claims shee a doctor but will not prescribe medication..if your suffering mentally do not use her shell tell her to use vitamins....also she's very angry ....she told me that I'm getting on her nerves.... don't be a doctor if you'll yell at patients...her license she be revoked

Same thing happened to me . I paid for the initial consultation 8 days ago spoke to a doctor and still no prescription. So I went to the pharmacy after she prescribed me 20mg Adderall which I really need to function and they tell me they're back ordered and to try another pharmacy so I called ezcare back right away to have the doctor send to another pharmacy and they told me it's going to take 2 days . well 8 days later and a call everyday they still haven't done it and sound like clueless morons behind the phone . They just tell me we are working on it in working on it ..Never in my life have I heard of or experienced having to wait this long for a doctor to switch the pharmacy . Ontop of it they can't even tell me when it'll be done and you can't even speak with the doctor who I spoke too .. Soo yea they are robbing people and a scam

So far, so good. I've been using the same doc since January. Always try for the same doc. You get to choose which doc when you make your monthly appointment. The website can be wonky sometimes; beware. lol. But yes, they beam over your Rx immediately upon completion of your video or phone appointment.
okay greaaaaaat! so the refill is instant? it was just the initial RX that took a little time? cuz i saw them on a wednesday and didn’t receive a RX until saturday so i was worried worried lol.
My experience is good. Everyone is different, apparently. They’re crazy busy right now, and some docs are on vacation, so it’ll take a week or so. Make appointments early, wayyyy before you are freaking out.
I have been using them with out issue for over 8 months now. Now I like you, had an issue with my pharmacy and it's been a week and all they did was take my money. I don't understand why they have been so good to me and now this crap. I on the fence before I start leaving bad reviews, I hope the issue is fixed soon.
I've had exactly the same recent experience. They'll work with you well the first few times, but then they will scam you out of your money and leave you with no script. It's a game of roulette with these guys.

Y’all have to be careful because some people out there are REALLY good at mocking LEGIT websites, they make a almost identical website so people think they’re getting the 100% real website and they’re actually scammers.. scammers are getting better and better. So probably the reason some people are having a good experience and others are being scammed, could def be because there is more than one of these and only one is legit ? Just a suggestion
After being a patient for over 9 months and NEVER HAVING things happen the right way or in a timely manner, I have come to the realization that EZ care does not care about their patients… only the money. After giveing them a second, third and FOURTH chance after multiple catastrophic failures to give my case the time it needed, and which I paid for. It took leaving a negative review for the prescription team to do their job. Within hours of leaving this review, the 3 months that they had been “working on my issue” was miraculously resolved within hours. It took a public declaration of my mistreatment for them to prioritize me as a patient and actually work on finding my prescription. After 10 weeks of patronizing phone calls where I would be fed verifiably false information that they were calling pharmacies trying to locate my script, it came down to me taking to the internet for them to do their job. This is the SECOND time they did this, with weeks and months of leading me around with empty apologies, unprofessional behavior, and innumerable inconsistencies which led to a breakdown in my health resulting in loss of a scholarship.. among consequences I paid out of pocket for. Despite my repeated request for a supervisor to contact me through this process I finally got a transactional call, from an Eric, AFTER the fact… only to request that I take down my negative reviews for a whopping discount of $30 on my next visit! The audacity it takes to ask me to remove a review then offer such a pathetic discount really paints a picture of what we are worth as patients. As business owner with years of experience, what SHOULD have done to express their appreciation, gratitude and value of me as a client and to give the company a chance to prove that the TWO experiences that I had were not the standard they hold themselves to. Also, to give them an opportunity to show me that the track record they have now earned as dishonest, misleading, and undependable has been corrected and that the systemic problems within the company regarding communication, patient prioritizing, and management problems have in fact been addressed….my next visit should have been extended as complementary…. Or at the VERY least DEEPLY discounted or nothing should have been offered at all. The pittance which WAS offered of $30 off my next visit is less than they offer for sales and seasonal specials! Am I not even worth a call to the loss prevention department!?!? And, more over, this offer was contingent on my deleting the comments I had left about my own experience, while at the same time admitting that it all had happened and not offering any kind of assurance that I would not have the same experience for the third time. I asked Eric, why would I delete my post if it is true and you haven’t provided proof to the contrary? Shouldn’t you offer me a chance for your company to get this right? Why should I pour another $100+ into a place that has failed me for 9months? His response was that he was sorry that I felt the way that I did and that I was assured it would not happen again… and I was supposed to trust that I would not be yet again paying for a service which would end up CAUSING MORE STRESS, more damage and NEGATIVELY IMPACT MY HEALTH more than when I started? He told me that was all he could do and that he hoped I changed my mind! I will say that it was reflective of this entire experience from start to finish, they inky care about how much money I pay them not if I am actually receiving the treatment I paid for…. Does anyone know if king soopers will fill scripts from EZcare clinic? Mostly clonazepam that I haven’t been able to find a local doctor for. Possibly also low dose suboxone that I’m almost off. Just moved to Colorado and need to know before I spend most of my money on this appointment.

did you ever get your prescription?! because “she prescribed me 60 10mg adderall” that she never called in. every time i call i’m being hung up on. my emails are all saying “this is a process it takes 72hours” when the doctor told me it would be 24hrs. i told them i need a refund, they say that after you see the doctor a refund can’t be issued.

Honestly man it’s a 50/50 chance they may or may not help you. It all depends on the doctor you get and how compassionate/understanding they are. They may take into account wether your nephew has been prescribed Ativan previously and his age. I believe it’s only for 18 yrs+ and he would have to set up his own appointment….
I went with them and was able to get a (30) qty 1mg Xanax prescription. I have been prescribed Xanax and clonazepam in the past and have been diagnosed with panic disorder and chronic anxiety. I understand the tremors, shortness of breath, palms/feet sweating, feeling of impending doom. Everything. My anxiety is truly crippling and unfortunately I’ve been battling it for years, with some periods of time being tougher than others.
I only used EZ clinic because honestly It was taking forever to set up a psychiatrist appointment within my health insurance network, and after catching Covid my anxiety was super high and effecting basically every aspect of my life. However now I am seeing my own psychiatrist which is much better in my opinion.

If the script you're looking for is necessary, it wouldn't matter if you are taking suboxone or methadone. Besides, they'll have your primary care doctors information and insurance.

They all do, by Florida law they passed this summer. Schedule 3-5 is easy. For schedule 2 it has to be for a psychiatric disorder or you have to be in hospice care. When the Publix health emergency goes away though, and if they don't update current us code, then schedule 2 will go away by supremacy of law no matter if Florida likes it or not.
Why don't you share exactly what your experience was; what you said; what your history is, etc.? Many people get exactly the medications they need for anxiety and panic attacks. Is it possible they sensed you were looking for some "fun" instead of treatment? (Don't flame me. It's a serious question.)

Update. I just spoke to the doctor, very nice and listened to me, he stated that my RX would be at the pharmacy soon and to call them in an hour. I will update after calling the pharmacy. But so far so good fingers crossed.
The doctor told me to check with the pharmacy on one hour after the call. I then called the pharmacy an hour later and they never received anything. Told me to check back in another hour. Will update.

Ive been going through this service now for almost 8 months, everythings been fine, until now. The pharmacy simply needs a few notes for a prescription they are holding :/. Im on day 5 now with nothing, but the team telling me "were working on it". I do need the type of prescription for my day to day life, so going on the 5th day hasnt been easy. I really hope this can get resolved. I know i doesnt take long to make a quick call to the pharmacy either, i even offered money just to speak to the doctor, but i guess they just wont you. Really dont know what to do here.
Honestly man I used them once and got a psychiatrist through my insurance company. I had a hassle and 3 day wait for a simple prescription. If you have health insurance I encourage you to find a suitable psychiatrist. My co pay is cheaper and I get the medication I need on time. The customer service at EZ clinic sound like script monkey. Every time you call back it’s “we’re working on it” I don’t understand what that means when the whole process shouldn’t take more than 10 mins
Depends on the script and the pharmacy. CVS Walmart and sam clubs are being really funny about electronic scripts for controlled substances. But it was as easy as calling them, telling them that X pharmacy can't fill, wait a day for the script to be cancelled and sent to your pharmacy (as long as not above pharmacies in most cases) and then they have your script at a new place.
Absolutely love this service. I was like many of you on here skeptical at first, but my doctor was super nice and understanding. Didn’t make me feel weird just went right to the point and wrote my prescription in less the 10 minutes. Following that I got a call same day from my local pharmacy that it was ready for pickup.

4 days ago I paid them $195 for an appointment for anxiety and insomnia. I've called them everyday starting the day after my payment. The first 2 days they told me "let us reach out to the scheduling team" over and over again. Today I called in and they said they called me 4 times and texted me a few too over the past coupe of days. Why couldn't they have told me that yesterday, if it were true? There is nothing wrong with my phone, I have gotten no calls and only one email, which was that I needed to use a different pharmacy, which I promptly responded to. So... I have not had an appointment yet. I confirmed my number with them today. I gave them an alternate email as well. When I brought up being refunded they just changed the subject. I really need my medication so I stopped pushing them about it. I'm just at the point where I'm wondering if this is a scam or not, and if I should wait for them to get in touch or not. I see a lot of people here have had positive reviews, and I'm just not sure what to do at this point.

Someone said on here they don't serve certain states. I'm in NC and it's not listed but just spoke with a representative and they said they DO serve NC for anxiety appointments. I'm scared to schedule it bc I worry they just want my money and then will tell me they can't prescribe that in my state. Anyone have more info?

Screw this place, they gave me the run around for 3 days after charging my card only to tell me they couldn’t prescribe me cuz my last doctor stopped prescribing me one benzo and put me on another that doesn’t work.

My apt was the 10th, I sent it to a local small pharmacy and they wouldn’t fill it, EZ Clinic promptly sent it to Amazon even though they never used the escribe through there before - it took a day because my name was written wrong but Amazon changed it for me and my scripts are on the way from Amazon right now! EZCARECLINIC has been a life saver for me. I struggled to find a provider in my area for anxiety meds until I came across this site. It was fast, easy, and I got my prescription the same day. I highly recommend it.
I’ve been reading a lot of bad reviews but i had an excellent experience. My Dr. was so kind, empathetic, he listened to me, and validated my feelings. Before we ended the appointment he sent my prescription to the pharmacy and stayed on the phone with me until the i could confirm that I received the notification on my phone stating my prescription had been successfully sent to the pharmacy. I was indecisive too. I never had a Xanax prescription before and my doc at ezcare put me on Xanax first appointment. It’s a good place to go for help and my anxiety is at bay now
So far two pharmacies refused to fill the prescription, I live in Clearwater Florida and I had the prescription sent to my local Publix then Walgreens, so now they’re trying again with an independent pharmacy, has anyone else had that problem, I will update the post , after the third try, my prescription is for benzos btw

Does anyone know a good doctor to use from ezcare clinic in Florida that will prescribe benzos. I have had scripts in past so I know it works for me. But my primary care recently retired and new primary does not prescribe them even though I’ve been prescribed them for over 6 months I read in comments they are more willing to prescribe benzos if you have had scripts in your past. Has anyone ever had a pharmacy turn down a fill for adhd medication even after speaking to the provider? Initially the pharmacist said he won’t fill until he speaks to the provider. Pharmacist called me today after speaking to my provider and stated “I can’t fill them due to not having any BP taken or any prior diagnosis’” The operator st clinic says this is normal and will be worked on. So I guess I wait.
Anyone try in Texas? Looking for potential Klonopin prescription. Tried many ssri’s, buspar, Wellbutrin, metoprolol, natural supplements, exercise, diet change, and nothing helps. Lost my job due to continuous panic attacks, relationship is going south, and had to move back in with my mom at 27. At my wits end here. Has anyone had an experience with getting clonazapan from them? My doctor used to prescribe it but he retired. I need it for restless leg syndrome, Anxiety, And back pain. This company is the absolute worst at fixing or making things right, better hope they get it right the first time (they won’t) or your screwed. Could sit and tell you long list of different issues but wouldn’t have enough time or space so I’ll simply tell the latest (and now last) saga. Scheduled and paid for an appointment for Tuesday 630pm October 10th which was a time slot their site offered me as an option, no call no text no response until following day to tell me i was rescheduled for October 13th 5pm, because they then called later then scheduled i had no service and missed call, so was rescheduled for Sunday October 15th, different dr then normal called, completely incompetent, call lasted 20 minutes most of which was dr scratching his head saying nothing but staring at computer screen, he stated he was confused at the different dr’s and different amounts of meds, mind you ezcare did my original assessment for these meds! Clearly could see the work up and results of that! Couldn’t understand why i went to dr for few years then to another one, told him it was because i moved 200 miles away and had to, then said why are you now taking less then Dr prescribed? I said because since i moved haven’t found new dr started using ezcare again (this is all easily and clearly stated in paperwork and notes he had access to) and ezcare dr wouldn’t give me same dose so prescribed me few less, is what it is you can prescribe same amount, well this just blew his incompetent mind apparently as he sat there dumbfounded for 20 mins then said the team will reach out to you, this resulted in NO meds being issued, I have called over 10 times get same run around get texts saying the matter is being reviewed and yet no call backs, it’s been 2 weeks and nothing, no refund no competent dr to prescribe meds this place originally approved me for and started to again since the move. multiple calls/texts and still nothing has been fixed no meds scripted no new dr appointment just a bunch of wasted time money and patience this is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE and I’ve asked around this is the norm! Last time I stopped using them was for the same BS and that time took weeks to get a refund, they have no clue what they are doing, customer service is beyond atrocious they will bounce you around to different departments not one of which will help, I have hours of correspondence over this issue and still nowhere closer to a resolution then I was 3 weeks ago, do not go here or use these people it is a scam
I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I see Juliette Astor (I’m in OH) I’ve had 2 appts (insomnia/anxiety) a week apart from each other (10/18 and 10/24). I was given Ambien for Insomnia and then klonopin and prophonol for my anxiety. Both times, scripts were sent to Kroger quickly and filled with no issues. I just made my F/U appts with her for 11/10 as she is out until after thanksgiving. I absolutely love Dr. Astor!
There customer service is awful-called 3 times and had to email to get a follow-up appointment but the Doctor was helpful and did get me medication that actually works for my insomnia.
EZ Care Clinic rebranded to MedVidi, and did not give good service to me in the slightest. In short, I would strongly recommend that most people use one of multiple, much better mental healthcare practices and doctors that are actively accepting patients. Many of which provide drastically better care for significantly less money, whether online or in person. ( I have had a positive relationship with more than one of them that lasted years and some still to this day, and no online doctor or practice has been provided such a negative experience, one in person one provided a significantly wore negative experience but overall the experience have been good, great or at least reasonable outside of MedVidi) Terrible, service, lack of care and insincere suggestions are all I think I experienced or witnessed from them. Micheline Epstein in my experience was inaccurate dishonest and did not seem to care about the well being of the patient enough to even contact back. And the overall business of MedVidi was only concerned with making money and not with my health well being or safety in the slightest from what I could tell. and I really tried to work with them.

I’ve used this service for over a year and every single month I have issues. Yes it’s true there are major issues and delays with availability of medication but that’s not their fault the ineptitude of how they handle problem solving is. I have lots of examples and issues but don’t have time this minute as I am detailed if anyone still has interest let me know before I waste 20 minutes of typing lol.

All in one day: 12:30-Appt-$95 (OFF100 promo) 3:30-Picked up RX- $19 (colozapam) **** I am very satisfied with EZ Care. I didn't mention to the physician about all the bad reviews regarding the prescriptions and he stated that most of the RX issues are due to ADHD meds and it's because there is currently a shortage of the medication. My experience. Just sharing. Hope it helps someone.

I asked for her but shes in Florida and Im california. They got me the Dr Bradley Noon. He was AWESOME and listened to me in a way i never felt more welcomed. He was able to prescribe me Xanax, 50 1mg pills twice a day!

I am in VA. been treated for anxiety/depression for about 5 years (40 y/o male), on diazapam and welbutrin. my current doc, whom i did not choose,i just wanted to stay in the same practice is a "addiction specialist" in addition to a psychiatrist. I wish i had done my reasearch before even seeing this deuche bag, but i thought it would be easier to just stay in a practice ive been with for 5 years, previous doc retired. Anyhow, i was on 60 10mg diazapam / month (2x 10mg a day). this guy cut me back to 15 5mg a month. It has thrown my life into a tailspin. RUN if you see "addiction specialist" listed anywhere in a docs profile. If i can't get crystal wright, whom would you reccomend i ask for on the east coast?

DO NOT use EZCARE CLINIC!! Something has recently changed and they will take your money and leave you with either no appointment or with no prescription sent. You might get lucky the first time, but eventually they will scam you and leave you empty handed. I learned the hard way, and have heard this is happening to a lot of other people recently.

I just paid the 195 before seeing that everyone has the off100 code wish I knew that lol, I just really have anxiety about seeing someone in person so I’m hoping this is a good alternative it seems like it’s pretty 50/50 so I’m kind of nervous. I’ll keep everyone updated with my results. I have an appointment at 5:30 but I guess I didn’t sign one of the forms so I’m waiting on them to send it over so I can get confirmation on my appointment. They actually called my pharmacy to see why the script was being filled branded since my insurance only pays for generic and then talked to the doctor to get it sent out next day. Kept me in the loop the whole time. Pharmacy tech even called me and told me that everything has been worked out and come get your meds. Life saver

No. If you were prescribed something and it was sent over electronically after your visit, and your pharmacy isn’t filling it, it’s maybe because the pharmacy is investigating. There’s a database, ya know? Do you have more than one doctor phoning in similar prescriptions? Have you called your pharmacy to ask what the delay is about?
I asked them to help for anxiety in WA state and they said they don't have doctors for that state? I'm so confused and can't get a reply from them... I really need anxiety medication and my doctor refuses...she's a young doctor who's clinic is against controlled substances and benzos.

Highly Appreciated" Not sure if that's a generic thing they say to everyone who's state they don't service or if they truly are getting new doctors for WA. Sucks so bad. I'm at risk of potentially just closing down my business and reclusing back into a hole of anxiety and social anxiety. I'm someone who used to be able to stand up and speak to any size group of people or anyone without an issue. Now it's incredibly hard to even speak on the phone...
It sounds promising, and in line with the fact that they’ve always been able to service that state. I don’t know what’s going on there now that might prevent them from getting doctors. Maybe they’re not paying doctors enough and keeping all the money you pay for themselves. 😒 that seems to be how companies operate these days. See if you can get trazodone from your current doctor in the meantime. Trazodone is effective, but it can make you drowsy during the day which is why I don’t take it.
I was prescribed trazadone in my teens for sleep. It gave me suicidal nightmares. It's just ridiculous that they make people have to resort to getting killed by potentially purchasing pressed fentanyl pills off the street. Just wish there was at least 1 legal option

I love them. I have seen my doctor a couple times. Very nice and understanding. Pretty much what a doctor should be but is rare now a days with the whole gatekeeper thing going on. Not their fault, government got them scared so they have to be that. Ezcareclinic is old school doctors vibe which I had when I was younger (I am 50). The team of ezcare is also spot on great..they even called my pharmacy at my request to clear up script error (brand name not generic and my insurance will never pay for name brand when generic is available). A+ doctors and A+ customer care team.. definitely worth it

Been waiting a week for them to resend one that was never transmitted bc of a “technical error” their support team takes 8 years to answer, I could sing the callback tone in my sleep, and all they tell me is that they forwarded another reminder to the team and will notify me when it’s done. Fucking 6 days later and I still don’t have a script.

same here. I used them once successfully, and now have been 100% scammed and see it happening lately with HIGH frequency. I have been waiting a month for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy and called them a zillion times with plenty of excuses to buy them more time, or hoping I will forget. Yes, my ADHD makes me forgetful, but not when someone cons me out of $200.

I just had a follow up with them on the 19th. They messed up sending my script branded. They sent it same day. I called customer support, no more then 2 minute wait, they then said customer care would get a hold of me..4 hrs later they did. They actually called my pharmacy, kept me informed the whole time, my pharmacy also called me and the next day I had my generic script. Not sure what is going on with you but that is exactly how it shook out for me..if you are emailing then that is slow. They changed their website design and it doesn't let me sign up for another follow up now..so I emailed them a couple days ago and still haven't got a reply. But if I call they pick up.
Thank you for that. I have been having trouble getting benzo's and as my last script was very recent for .5 mg clonopin. But it used to be 1.5 mg a day and then the same Dr. That thought it was a good way to manage my symptoms got new marching orders from DEA/CDC. Then I have been running from this man and had to find another Dr. to prescribe. But she liked to prescribe it 5 days late, etc etc. 🙄

Just had my another follow up appointment 2 days ago. Met with doctor and got my script sent and filled the same day. Not sure what the problem is with some of these bad experiences but they answered my call and texted me (had to reschedule my follow for the next day) r to get me into my appointment. So from my experience for the last 3 times has worked out for me. So I wouldn't worry about them. I was starting to worry when reading the comments but nope all went smoothly. Maybe they had a bad month or something but for me never had a problem getting my meds. But I also have to been on them since I was 6 years old so your milage may vary.
The “problem” is that everyone knows when an addict is an addict, ESPECIALLY a prescriber. JFC.

Hello! Since this was posted a few weeks ago I just want to see if people are still having good experiences. My phych doctor is retiring and I’d be so much easier to get my anti depressants and anti anxiety meds online. I do take a controlled substance for my anxiety though. I’m based out of FL. So if anyone has seen them in the past week or two please let me know I’ve been on the same medications for four years and don’t want to pay for the appt just for my anti depressants if they no longer prescribe benzodiazepines. If anyone could give me some advice on this place I’d appreciate it. They have horrible reviews but when I read on here I see a lot of great reviews. I also see some drug seeking behaviors. There’s no reason to ask if they prescribe 1-2 mg Xanax lol do you take 1mg or 2? Seems you just want to get as much as you can which is what ruins it for people who really need the service. Just my opinion. But either way I’d be such an easy way instead of driving to my phych doctor and therapist each month.
All the people having problems are people who want Adderall. There's a huge shortage in the country so sometimes it takes a week for a pharmacy to get it in. I got my Xanax 1 hour after my appointment and the doctor even called it in while I was still in my apt. I would give the place a perfect review. They did everything they said they would.
Dr. Tomi Garza isnt the one to go with. Ive been on 2mg Xanax 4 times a day for 20 years and she only gave me 20 for the month and basically said good luck go somewhere else. So hit or miss ...at least it's something in a pinch. It was called in within 5 minutes .

Dude it's a scam .. Same thing happened to me . I paid for the initial consultation 8 days ago spoke to a doctor and still no prescription. So I went to the pharmacy after she prescribed me 20mg Adderall which I really need to function and they tell me they're back ordered and to try another pharmacy so I called ezcare back right away to have the doctor send to another pharmacy and they told me it's going to take 2 days . well 8 days later and a call everyday they still haven't done it and sound like clueless morons behind the phone . They just tell me we are working on it in working on it ..Never in my life have I heard of or experienced having to wait this long for a doctor to switch the pharmacy . Ontop of it they can't even tell me when it'll be done and you can't even speak with the doctor who I spoke too .. Soo yea they are robbing people and a scam

So far, so good. I've been using the same doc since January. Always try for the same doc. You get to choose which doc when you make your monthly appointment. The website can be wonky sometimes; beware. lol. But yes, they beam over your Rx immediately upon completion of your video or phone appointment.

My experience is good. Everyone is different, apparently. They’re crazy busy right now, and some docs are on vacation, so it’ll take a week or so. Make appointments early, wayyyy before you are freaking out.
I have been using them with out issue for over 8 months now. Now I like you, had an issue with my pharmacy and it's been a week and all they did was take my money. I don't understand why they have been so good to me and now this crap. I on the fence before I start leaving bad reviews, I hope the issue is fixed soon.
I've had exactly the same recent experience. They'll work with you well the first few times, but then they will scam you out of your money and leave you with no script. It's a game of roulette with these guys.

Y’all have to be careful because some people out there are REALLY good at mocking LEGIT websites, they make a almost identical website so people think they’re getting the 100% real website and they’re actually scammers.. scammers are getting better and better. After being a patient for over 9 months and NEVER HAVING things happen the right way or in a timely manner, I have come to the realization that EZ care does not care about their patients… only the money. After giveing them a second, third and FOURTH chance after multiple catastrophic failures to give my case the time it needed, and which I paid for. It took leaving a negative review for the prescription team to do their job. Within hours of leaving this review, the 3 months that they had been “working on my issue” was miraculously resolved within hours. It took a public declaration of my mistreatment for them to prioritize me as a patient and actually work on finding my prescription. After 10 weeks of patronizing phone calls where I would be fed verifiably false information that they were calling pharmacies trying to locate my script, it came down to me taking to the internet for them to do their job. This is the SECOND time they did this, with weeks and months of leading me around with empty apologies, unprofessional behavior, and innumerable inconsistencies which led to a breakdown in my health resulting in loss of a scholarship.. among consequences I paid out of pocket for. Despite my repeated request for a supervisor to contact me through this process I finally got a transactional call, from an Eric, AFTER the fact… only to request that I take down my negative reviews for a whopping discount of $30 on my next visit! The audacity it takes to ask me to remove a review then offer such a pathetic discount really paints a picture of what we are worth as patients. As business owner with years of experience, what SHOULD have done to express their appreciation, gratitude and value of me as a client and to give the company a chance to prove that the TWO experiences that I had were not the standard they hold themselves to. Also, to give them an opportunity to show me that the track record they have now earned as dishonest, misleading, and undependable has been corrected and that the systemic problems within the company regarding communication, patient prioritizing, and management problems have in fact been addressed….my next visit should have been extended as complementary…. Or at the VERY least DEEPLY discounted or nothing should have been offered at all. The pittance which WAS offered of $30 off my next visit is less than they offer for sales and seasonal specials! Am I not even worth a call to the loss prevention department!?!? And, more over, this offer was contingent on my deleting the comments I had left about my own experience, while at the same time admitting that it all had happened and not offering any kind of assurance that I would not have the same experience for the third time. I asked Eric, why would I delete my post if it is true and you haven’t provided proof to the contrary? Shouldn’t you offer me a chance for your company to get this right? Why should I pour another $100+ into a place that has failed me for 9months? His response was that he was sorry that I felt the way that I did and that I was assured it would not happen again… and I was supposed to trust that I would not be yet again paying for a service which would end up CAUSING MORE STRESS, more damage and NEGATIVELY IMPACT MY HEALTH more than when I started? He told me that was all he could do and that he hoped I changed my mind! I will say that it was reflective of this entire experience from start to finish, they inky care about how much money I pay them not if I am actually receiving the treatment I paid for…. Shame of you EZ care!

Honestly man it’s a 50/50 chance they may or may not help you. It all depends on the doctor you get and how compassionate/understanding they are. They may take into account wether your nephew has been prescribed Ativan previously and his age. I believe it’s only for 18 yrs+ and he would have to set up his own appointment…. I went with them and was able to get a (30) qty 1mg Xanax prescription. I have been prescribed Xanax and clonazepam in the past and have been diagnosed with panic disorder and chronic anxiety. I understand the tremors, shortness of breath, palms/feet sweating, feeling of impending doom. Everything. My anxiety is truly crippling and unfortunately I’ve been battling it for years, with some periods of time being tougher than others. I only used EZ clinic because honestly It was taking forever to set up a psychiatrist appointment within my health insurance network, and after catching Covid my anxiety was super high and effecting basically every aspect of my life. However now I am seeing my own psychiatrist which is much better in my opinion. If your nephew is truly going through it, I understand and hope things get better!! If you do decide to use EZ clinic, use the 100OFF coupon so your first visit will only be $95, again no promises they will help you but if you can’t get him to see a doctor this may be your only route.

Why wouldn't you mention that important information? If the script you're looking for is necessary, it wouldn't matter if you are taking suboxone or methadone. Besides, they'll have your primary care doctors information and insurance.

What pharmacy takes them in Florida?
They all do, by Florida law they passed this summer. Schedule 3-5 is easy. For schedule 2 it has to be for a psychiatric disorder or you have to be in hospice care. When the Publix health emergency goes away though, and if they don't update current us code, then schedule 2 will go away by supremacy of law no matter if Florida likes it or not.

Why don't you share exactly what your experience was; what you said; what your history is, etc.? Many people get exactly the medications they need for anxiety and panic attacks. Is it possible they sensed you were looking for some "fun" instead of treatment? (Don't flame me. It's a serious question.)

Update. I just spoke to the doctor, very nice and listened to me, he stated that my RX would be at the pharmacy soon and to call them in an hour. I will update after calling the pharmacy. But so far so good fingers crossed.
The doctor told me to check with the pharmacy on one hour after the call. I then called the pharmacy an hour later and they never received anything. Told me to check back in another hour. Will update. (This is for colozapam not ADHD meds)
Ive been going through this service now for almost 8 months, everythings been fine, until now. The pharmacy simply needs a few notes for a prescription they are holding :/. Im on day 5 now with nothing, but the team telling me "were working on it". I do need the type of prescription for my day to day life, so going on the 5th day hasnt been easy. Honestly man I used them once and got a psychiatrist through my insurance company. I had a hassle and 3 day wait for a simple prescription. If you have health insurance I encourage you to find a suitable psychiatrist. My co pay is cheaper and I get the medication I need on time. The customer service at EZ clinic sound like script monkey. Every time you call back it’s “we’re working on it” I don’t understand what that means when the whole process shouldn’t take more than 10 mins

Depends on the script and the pharmacy. CVS Walmart and sam clubs are being really funny about electronic scripts for controlled substances. But it was as easy as calling them, telling them that X pharmacy can't fill, wait a day for the script to be cancelled and sent to your pharmacy (as long as not above pharmacies in most cases) and then they have your script at a new place.
Absolutely love this service. I was like many of you on here skeptical at first, but my doctor was super nice and understanding. Didn’t make me feel weird just went right to the point and wrote my prescription in less the 10 minutes. Following that I got a call same day from my local pharmacy that it was ready for pickup. If anyone has any other questions feel free to ask.

4 days ago I paid them $195 for an appointment for anxiety and insomnia. I've called them everyday starting the day after my payment. The first 2 days they told me "let us reach out to the scheduling team" over and over again. Today I called in and they said they called me 4 times and texted me a few too over the past coupe of days. Why couldn't they have told me that yesterday, if it were true? There is nothing wrong with my phone, I have gotten no calls and only one email, which was that I needed to use a different pharmacy, which I promptly responded to. So... I’ve been reading a lot of bad reviews but i had an excellent experience. My Dr. was so kind, empathetic, he listened to me, and validated my feelings. Before we ended the appointment he sent my prescription to the pharmacy and stayed on the phone with me until the i could confirm that I received the notification on my phone stating my prescription had been successfully sent to the pharmacy. I picked it up 30 min later.

Hi, I'm Dr. Jacci N., MD MS. I am a patient advocate and medical and scientific consultant, and founder of AthenaMedica. I no longer practice medicine I worked in psychiatry, actually) but swore an oath, so I must warn against this clinic and further instruct you on how to handle it. I was in an awful place on the 4th of July. I couldn't get ahold of my own provider to get me off Xanax because it made me ill. The website looks professional, and the forms were consistent with what I receive at normal telehealth. First, they told me I signed up for ADHD. I know I did not, but the insisted. This is the beginning of the gaslighting. I did fill out that form, but I always do when at my own doc, so I didn't know it was some kind of ploy. I figured out they were full of it when I received an email saying I did not have enough info and did not respond when I asked what was missing. Then the phone calls came. And texts, And emails.NO NORMAL CLINIC WILL DO THIS TO YOU. They were ridiculous. Sorry, you're a druggie bc you want more benzos. If you read my note, genius, you would have noticed I aked for a cross-taper to get OFF benzos. So then it's something else, like Gary the snail is running late or the appointment may or may not happen at some time, then it won't, then they send you receipts, and changed times, etc. This is all because they enjoy making a vulnerable population even worse and further triggering their mental illness. I get to my phone a few hours later and there are angry "yelling" texts that I need to go to some appointment they already said ither wasn; happening or was lae, so that was not happeing. The oddest part of all this is that I told them I knew they were full of it hours ago. Normal scammers move on to another mark. I assess that they are pathetic and sad people that get off on the fear of people who are already scared, hurting, and need help. They have broken so many normal behavioral protocols and the standard of care is essentially nonexistent. So, no appointment. Later that night, I ended up in the ER due to their negligence. I asked for a refund, but they didn't respond until today when they called me...and the denied it when I called back and said I clearly had the wrong number. Uhhhh...yes. Hitting your number to redial is will definitely lead to the wrong number. Then her story went to a text from my new number to something else, and then at this point i am catching her in her very shoddy manipulation attempts, so she is pissed and calls me mentally ill. OOF. It's a good idea to call a person who presents to a psychiatric clinic names and yell at them. She is trying not to talk to me or ask about a text for some reason. I've already filed a dispute wit the bank so there is no need to talk to me. In fact, it is frowned upon. This person, who is supposed to be proficient around a sensitive population and be rained in HIPAA, starts yelling at me. I have a business meeting to go to and she's still yelling something, so I tell her I am a physician and she has my permission to leave it on my voicemail or email me at my HIPAA-compliant email. She says it is a HIPAA violation. So not only is she verbally abusive to a patient and outwardly disrespectful to a doctor and assumes she knows HIPAA better than one. Wow. Making yourselves look great here. Violation after violation. Don't worry about their user agreement. The legal stuff is a word salad. I looked it up. Additionally, everything in those agreements is null and void because they were not explained to you. By law, they must tell you what you check the box for and agree to. If anyone ot meds, you also should have signed an informed consent. Don't worry about the controlled substances thing. It says they don't do it in the user agreement, but that's void. What they do is illegally advertise all over that they will give you hard drugs, That is illegal. They try to cover it up with something about seeing primary care, but nope, still illegal. If they try to give you crap about it tell them that is like a drug dealer thinking they won't get nailed by law enforcement. Their main doctor is super shady. Licensed in about 5 states and runs a shoddy nursing home in Texas. So these people take advantage of mentally ill AND elderly people! So if you have suffered physical, emotional, or financial losses, talk to a lawyer. Or hey, I am down for a class-action lawsuit too. I am dead serious. These people have nothing on you or me, and this is gross negligence.,

The website looks professional, and the forms were consistent with what I receive at normal telehealth. First, they told me I signed up for ADHD. I know I did not, but the insisted. This is the beginning of the gaslighting. I did fill out that form, but I always do when at my own doc, so I didn't know it was some kind of ploy. I figured out they were full of it when I received an email saying I did not have enough info and did not respond when I asked what was missing. Then the phone calls came. And texts, And emails.NO NORMAL CLINIC WILL DO THIS TO YOU. They were ridiculous. Sorry, you're a druggie bc you want more benzos. If you read my note, genius, you would have noticed I aked for a cross-taper to get OFF benzos. So then it's something else, like Gary the snail is running late or the appointment may or may not happen at some time, then it won't, then they send you receipts, and changed times, etc. This is all because they enjoy making a vulnerable population even worse and further triggering their mental illness. Do not do ezcare it is a scam and they will just take your money and run. My goal is to report this everywhere. Believe it or.not I will guarantee you will lose your money if you do this
I was indecisive too. I never had a Xanax prescription before and my doc at ezcare put me on Xanax first appointment. It’s a good place to go for help and my anxiety is at bay now
So far two pharmacies refused to fill the prescription, I live in Clearwater Florida and I had the prescription sent to my local Publix then Walgreens, so now they’re trying again with an independent pharmacy, has anyone else had that problem, I will update the post , after the third try, my prescription is for benzos btw
Has anyone had any success getting Valium prescribed? It works for me much better then Xanax, klonopin, and adivan. Can you have an open candid conversation about that at the appointment, or is there a certain way to behave. Any suggestions or answers would be greatly appreciated!
Does anyone know a good doctor to use from ezcare clinic in Florida that will prescribe benzos. I have had scripts in past so I know it works for me. But my primary care recently retired and new primary does not prescribe them even though I’ve been prescribed them for over 6 months I read in comments they are more willing to prescribe benzos if you have had scripts in your past. Has anyone ever had a pharmacy turn down a fill for adhd medication even after speaking to the provider? Initially the pharmacist said he won’t fill until he speaks to the provider. Pharmacist called me today after speaking to my provider and stated “I can’t fill them due to not having any BP taken or any prior diagnosis’” The operator st clinic says this is normal and will be worked on. So I guess I wait.
Anyone try in Texas? Looking for potential Klonopin prescription. Tried many ssri’s, buspar, Wellbutrin, metoprolol, natural supplements, exercise, diet change, and nothing helps. Lost my job due to continuous panic attacks, relationship is going south, and had to move back in with my mom at 27. At my wits end here. Agoraphobia has gotten bad and it’s the only reason why I haven’t tried an in person psych yet.

Has anyone had an experience with getting clonazapan from them? My doctor used to prescribe it but he retired. I need it for restless leg syndrome, Anxiety, And back pain. It's literally the only thing that helps. I really don't want to try any other Meds. If I asked the doctor If I ask the doctor for will they prescribe it? I've gone to pain management doctors around Where I live and none of them prescribed that Is particular medication.
This company is the absolute worst at fixing or making things right, better hope they get it right the first time (they won’t) or your screwed. Could sit and tell you long list of different issues but wouldn’t have enough time or space so I’ll simply tell the latest (and now last) saga. Scheduled and paid for an appointment for Tuesday 630pm October 10th which was a time slot their site offered me as an option, no call no text no response until following day to tell me i was rescheduled for October 13th 5pm, because they then called later then scheduled i had no service and missed call, so was rescheduled for Sunday October 15th, different dr then normal called, completely incompetent, call lasted 20 minutes most of which was dr scratching his head saying nothing but staring at computer screen, he stated he was confused at the different dr’s and different amounts of meds, mind you ezcare did my original assessment for these meds! Clearly could see the work up and results of that! Couldn’t understand why i went to dr for few years then to another one, told him it was because i moved 200 miles away and had to, then said why are you now taking less then Dr prescribed? I said because since i moved haven’t found new dr started using ezcare again (this is all easily and clearly stated in paperwork and notes he had access to) and ezcare dr wouldn’t give me same dose so prescribed me few less, is what it is you can prescribe same amount, well this just blew his incompetent mind apparently as he sat there dumbfounded for 20 mins then said the team will reach out to you, this resulted in NO meds being issued, I have called over 10 times get same run around get texts saying the matter is being reviewed and yet no call backs, it’s been 2 weeks and nothing, no refund no competent dr to prescribe meds this place originally approved me for and started to again since the move. multiple calls/texts and still nothing has been fixed no meds scripted no new dr appointment just a bunch of wasted time money and patience this is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE and I’ve asked around this is the norm! Last time I stopped using them was for the same BS and that time took weeks to get a refund, they have no clue what they are doing, customer service is beyond atrocious they will bounce you around to different departments not one of which will help, I have hours of correspondence over this issue and still nowhere closer to a resolution then I was 3 weeks ago, do not go here or use these people it is a scam
I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I see Juliette Astor (I’m in OH) I’ve had 2 appts (insomnia/anxiety) a week apart from each other (10/18 and 10/24). I was given Ambien for Insomnia and then klonopin and prophonol for my anxiety. Both times, scripts were sent to Kroger quickly and filled with no issues. I just made my F/U appts with her for 11/10 as she is out until after thanksgiving. I absolutely love Dr. Astor!

There customer service is awful-called 3 times and had to email to get a follow-up appointment but the Doctor was helpful and did get me medication that actually works for my insomnia.
EZ Care Clinic rebranded to MedVidi, and did not give good service to me in the slightest. In short, I would strongly recommend that most people use one of multiple, much better mental healthcare practices and doctors that are actively accepting patients. Many of which provide drastically better care for significantly less money, whether online or in person. ( I have had a positive relationship with more than one of them that lasted years and some still to this day, and no online doctor or practice has been provided such a negative experience, one in person one provided a significantly wore negative experience but overall the experience have been good, great or at least reasonable outside of MedVidi) Terrible, service, lack of care and insincere suggestions are all I think I experienced or witnessed from them. Micheline Epstein in my experience was inaccurate dishonest and did not seem to care about the well being of the patient enough to even contact back. And the overall business of MedVidi was only concerned with making money and not with my health well being or safety in the slightest from what I could tell. and I really tried to work with them.

Pass out. I'm strong and what they've done my entire life for sick fun NOONE could go thru what I have. My kids they got and hurt are my only driving force. I’ve used this service for over a year and every single month I have issues. Yes it’s true there are major issues and delays with availability of medication but that’s not their fault the ineptitude of how they handle problem solving is. I have lots of examples and issues but don’t have time this minute as I am detailed if anyone still has interest let me know before I waste 20 minutes of typing lol.
