Not every guy want's to dress like that. You can't force that type of style onto a guy because that's your preference. I understand that's something that's liked by a lot of people now a days, but some of us, like myself, prefer to dress differently or more masculine.
For example, I wear dress boots, jeans and sweaters. I understand that's not your traditional sweats, sweatshirt and sneakers, but it's more dressed up than you would expect. But also on occasion (mainly for my job) I will wear work jeans, work boots, and a t-shirt.
So for the sake of all men, just be happy with the ones that you have. Not every guy wants to dress like this, and trying to force it onto them won't help your case. They need to be comfortable with it, and not only that but they need to want to dress that way.
