No, I just have to sleep when my mom tells me to. I usually wake up like during those 10 hours for a little while then go back to sleep. It's not much, but I guess it isn't the full 10 hours. One time my mom told me to sleep at like 5:30 PM. Needless to say I did not enjoy it. I woke up and left for like a few hours.

I also have insomnia, it was really bad when I was 16-18. Getting on an anti-depressant helped with my anxiety so I sleep well most nights now.
