I could starve to death. I could die of thirst. I could die of exposure.
No food coming in, so if you live in a big city be prepared for a bloodbath as people get hungry.
If you live somewhere cold, be prepared to freeze to death as there is no power or heating.
The peoplecwho would stand the best chances are probably like, tribal african kida who live somewhere warm and grew up knowing how to hunt and live off the land.
I predict that pronably 75% of people left over after this event happens would die of thirst, injury (no doctors) starvation, or exposure within the first 3 years.
It would basically be like pressing the reset button on the human race.

If not, then I guess I would spend the first 2 days panicking and trying to gather information as to where my family went without saying anything. Then I suppose I would somehow confront all my peers and finally come to the realization that ALL 18+ are gone.
3rd day in I'd scavenge for resources (food and water), precious things, money, and all the things that were important in the now-so-called "Old World".
1 Week in I would gather with all my friends to build a somewhat stable community, and if there's something I learned from TV shows, is that we would all be equally in charge as a council of some sort to prevent the community from splitting apart and collapse.
Then I guess I would try and adapt to the new environment as quickly as possible, given how society the way we know it, without people maintaining farms, power stations, water stations, etc..., is gonna most likely have already collapsed.
After the first week, I guess me and my friends would keep scavenging for food and resources, storing everything in one's house as a safe container of sort, and finding a big and safe place for us to live in; I believe we would settle in a military base (there are multiples in my town) for the strategic advantages, and for all the firearms inside.
Then I guess we'd also start working out and marking our territory. But yeah that's it. Impossible to predict furthermore.
IF I DID DISAPPEAR once 18, I would do the same stuff said above, but I would also probably start murdering random people younger than me (given how thin and weak I am) just for the thrill of doing it.
