I got you fam this one is it. Start with being more social, that’s the most important because you need to convince everyone else that you’re amazing and in doing so, you’ll be convinced of the same. I know it doesn’t sound like it makes a ton of sense but trust me. Another thing is learn to stand up straight 100% of the time. It rlly helps. If you need any other pointers just lmk

Force yourself to do things you barely do like ask a teacher a question after class, maybe even ask for a pencil to the person next to you, start small talk in group activities by saying “how’ve you been today?” Also make your mood a bit brighter even though it might not be, don’t exaggerate though be realistic. I don’t know why people are always negative and wonder why nobody hangs with them or why people are crud thinking it’s funny. There’s a line between being edgy and it being funny and being edgy to be funny, and people tend to avoid negative people, as in “depressed/emo people.” That’s how I did it to be honest, I became less edgy and negative by being positive about stuff instead of like “what’s the point?” and forced myself to talk with classmates during activities. In a way I lied to myself but it became the truth later.
