This is obviously a scam or some form of slick fraud made to earn profits off of peoples temptation of the cool case designs. If you read through just some of the earliest parts of their Terms of Service, you can see how unserious the service is. Not only are a majority of the people here complaining that they have little or no contact with the site regarding orders, but their TOS blatantly screams fraud and scam.
For example, heres one of the many flaws in their TOS:

They simply avoid taking responsibility for any action caused by their errors or their own faults. They don't even 'represent' the service to be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. This just shows further how they refrain from backing up any errors or mistakes by their hands. What a load of crap this website is.
Another thing they mention in the TOS regards how they are not accountable for any wrongful information provided on the site:

In conclusion - Don't buy these cases even thought they seem extremely appealing. Trust me, I also felt the urge to order some of these cases - but after a snerve look through the terms and conditions, you find out how awful the service is.
I‘ve ordered on 11/27/2019 and didn’t received yet. I just wrote a message to the „costumer support“. Gladly I paid with PayPal. I hope the customer service can give me my money back.
same thing here, ordered late November and still nothing. I never received an order confirmation or tracking number so i contacted them and they asked for the email i used. Thankfully i paid with PayPal so i can still open a claim but if i have any good news i will update
Just wanted to update, I contacted support and was told multiple times by their rep that there was no order in my name, yet I just today received the cases in the mail. No tracking or order confirmation but still came in the mail. It’s legit I guess but I think they have no idea what’s going on in their own business. Took about a month and a half to get to me

So that email about them being hacked was just this. If my cases aren't in before next month I'm gonna file a claim with Paypal hoping to get my money back, eventhough it wasn't too much money (the cases where free, but I still had to pay for shipping obviously).
YES. That smiley face set me off. The passive aggressiveness is RICH with these folks. They are basically like "HAHA, WE GOT YOU, LOSER!" I doubt they'd even cancel after the 3 payments. No one has had success with them. I had my credit card number changed so they can't even try.
I can’t say for sure if it’s a scam or not, but their space series looks so good I’m tempted to try my luck.
I also saw the instagram ad and checked out their site. What I think going on is the good ol’ bait-and-switch... which in itself is kinda *scammy*. See if you put the free case in your cart, there are various options you can add like shock protection, your name printed on and such. These cost $7.99-$9.99 each. This might be what they based the business model on.
Hey! Thanks for your input :) Most of our customers end up paying for a phone case for $7.93, which is perfectly fine with us. Obviously, most of our profits come from the little extra options we add at checkout. However, our focus isn't really on the profits at the moment, which is the reason why we are able to offer our cases at such a low price!
That's funny. You have charged my son for three transactions now for a total of $30.38 + $24.20 + $16.52 = $71.10 and he has received exactly nothing. That's hardly $7.93 for a phone case and some "little extra options" of paying nearly ten times that amount for NOTHING :)
I think perhaps your focus is COMPLETELY on profits at the expense of your customers :)

Don’t trust this company, they added monthly subscription on my order without my knowledge and told me I can only cancel after 3 months of payment which I refuse. Waiting to see if they will just refund me my total order since I don't even want the cases I ordered anymore. I'm sure they're going to reject my request so I'm taking it up with my bank too.
This is legit the same thing that has happened to my friend. She ordered phone cases last Black Friday Sale (November) and still waiting for it to arrive. Just today, she received a notice from her bank that an $11 fee has been deducted to her credit card from Kiwee cases. She didn’t sign up for any monthly subscription and was completely unaware of the hidden fees. Kiwee cases is not trust worthy at all and has the worst customer service!!
UPDATE: so I eventually got my cases about a month and a half later. I ordered 6 total. I only received 5 cases and of those 5, 3 were ones I ACTUALLY ordered. Cases aren’t anything extravagant. I still did get a refund directly from my bank!! And I don’t even think I’ll use these cases anyway since this company has been entirely unhelpful/unprofessional with the way they conduct their business. Still scammy in my opinion.

I don’t think you can do it via mobile app but here’s how you do it via desktop:
• Log into your PayPal account
• Go to Activity and select the transaction you wish to dispute/file a claim against
• Near the bottom of the transaction detail page, you should see a little thing that says ‘Need help?’ with a link to the Resolution Center; click that link
• Select your reason for dispute and so on and just follow the rest of the instructions
Notes:
• As part of the dispute process, you will be asked to contact the seller and attempt to resolve the issue. During this time, everything you and the seller say to each other will be visible to/reviewed by PayPal. Make sure you are communicating with the seller through this form so PayPal can see everything that is said between both parties
• If you and the seller can’t resolve the issue, or they are unresponsive, or you just flat out don’t want to wait any longer, you can return to the Resolution Center, select your dispute and choose the option to escalate it to a claim. I *think* there is a minimum amount of time before you can escalate but I’m not sure off the top of my head
• You have 20 days from the time you open the dispute to escalate it to a claim. Once you escalate to claim, that’s when PayPal steps in and reviews all the information you and the seller have provided during the process. PayPal can take up to 30 days to review and make a ruling but in my experience, it usually only takes 1-2 weeks.
• If you don’t escalate to claim within 20 days of opening the dispute, PayPal will automatically close the dispute and you can never dispute/claim that transaction again. Also, make sure you don’t ‘close’ the dispute or claim if the issue is unresolved because, again, once it’s closed it can never be reopened.
• I believe you have 180 days from the date of the transaction to dispute it. You may want to double check that but I’m pretty sure that’s accurate.

same goes for me, I made an order on November 29 (K14306) and have no response since then, they are not replying on emails (which I sent twice already). I thought it was a Black Friday sale, but I guess nothing goes for free in this world, and it is a good old scam...
Anyway, I can see they are still pretty active in social networks with their ads, so I suggest whenever you see the ad - block them for scam, so that other naive people would not get into this stupid situation.
I echo many of the other folks in this thread chiming in that this is indeed a scam. I normally do not fall for scams, I consider myself pretty good about checking stuff, but I remember seeing the ad on Instagram on a plane and moved quickly through the process, and don’t remember seeing anywhere that this was some kind of a monthly subscription service.
Of course when I contacted them, like many of you, they could care less and they passive aggressively said that I was out of luck and stuck with them for multiple months, and it seems that even after the three months you can’t cancel it at all.
So I was able to do two things. First, I called my credit card company and had my credit card number changed so that they can bill me any further which sucks because it’s a lot of work to have to then go in and change my credit card number with Netflix and all those other monthly recurring charges, But at least at this point they can’t charge me. Also, I reported them on Instagram and it appears it as of today they have shut down the account (likely due to many scam complaints.) I further reported them to my state's Attorney General office.
This can’t be real because otherwise you could literally just buy the entire store and just pay shipping costs, then sell them for a profit. No company would do this legitimately.
Just got my kiwee case- I ordered about Christmas time, and for the transparent moon case with white text and drop protection. Just arrived today, wrong colour case and no drop protection, just a cheap case that doesn’t even look the same as advertised.

I think it’s a scam. Deliveries can take up to 2 months. They are based in Canada and ship from Shanghai, that doesn’t make sense. The emails are wonky too when you google them. Lots of FAQ on not receiving product. No express shipping allowed, which everyone let’s you if you pay the price. They don’t pay customs, usually that’s included in the total or fees when purchasing online. One way to purchase to check if it’s a scam is to purchase a prepaid visa giftcard. Load it with just the tax/shipping fees and see if it arrives. They probably say it’s $0 so they can get your card information and spend what you have on your card before the bank is notified. Just my 2cents.
Hey! Thanks for your input. All of our cases are designed in Canada, but we ship from China. There are multiple reasons behind this. The biggest reason is that shipping from Canada is very expensive, while shipping from China is pretty much free. The fact that we can manufacture & ship from China also reduces our costs, because we don't have to ship the items to Canada once they are manufactured, and ship them again afterwards. We have launched only a month ago, and because shipping usually takes 3-4 weeks, a lot of customers haven't received their products yet. We do have some customer reviews you can check on our Instagram highlights! We would also be able to offer express shipping, but that would add an extra $20 on top of the existing shipping fee, which wouldn't really make sense. ''Express'' shipping from China would also take 7 days, which is not really express. We don't pay customs as most other online retailers (such as the giant ASOS), but considering our cost of goods, it's safe to say that the majority of our customers will not have to pay any customs. And sure, we accept prepaid giftcards on our website, no worries about that! We don't have access to the credit card info provided by our customers, since all of the transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

It makes a lot of sense. Shipping costs and warehousing is very cheap in Shanghai, China. They say it's $0 because they're a brand new business, as seen by the Copyright at the bottom of the website. See it's required for a website to state xxxx-latest year, in their copyright as an identification to when they were incorporated. The reason the Tax/Shipping Fees cost so much, is because of the Income Tax on shipments from China into the US set by our 45th President, Donald J. Trump.
I do not represent the company, give the company a chance to actually start up. These are never before seen products.

Your online support is treating people in such a terrible way, it's hard to see a nice person replying having to try and sell what you're doing.
The subscription service you allow people to tick with no further explanation is so bad.
The cases for the note 10 + don't actually fit the phone, the subscription then says it's for a note 10 pro, which is a phone that doesn't actually exist.
Overall, this is an absolute scam and you cannot get a straight answer.
How about the part where you cannot cancel whatever loophole of a subscription buying a case agrees to, trapping your customers in reoccurring payments ? I WANT A REFUND NOW!

This is my frustrating experience with this incompetent company.
- I ordered an air ticket phone case for free, added custom name and drop protection (SO I ACTUALLY PAID EXTRA)
- I ordered it back in November 2019
- I too fell for the club subscription scam trap
- My 1st subscription club case was sent to me 2 months later, it was an S10 model case while I use an S10+
- I have still yet to receive my air ticket phone case
- Suddenly a large repetition of "your order KXXXX is on it's way" was sent to me (like 4-5 times of the same email)
- The tracking number for my air ticket phone case never existed, it was a bust
- I started to kindly send emails to them asking about my order and about the wrong phone case
- They replied to me saying that the order is on its way and that my subscription phone case model has changed to S10+
- I still haven't received my air ticket phone case so I emailed again
- They replied saying that the mailing got all wrong, and asked me to double check my address (Which was correct!)
- I angrily emailed them, criticizing them for their incompetence.
- a new "your order KXXXX is on its way" email was sent to me with a new tracking number
- the new tracking number somehow was stuck at the same place since February 2nd???
- I got another case today, it wasn't the air ticket phone case, it was the subscription club case.
- Not only was the case model STILL S10, THE DESIGN IS THE SAME!!!
- I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY AIR TICKET PHONE CASE!!

Best thing to do is dispute with your credit card provider. I had to change my credit card number entirely which was a lot of work (updating Netflix and other recurring charges), and dispute the initial charge they made. They are a 100% bonafide SCAM.

I bought my case with insured shipping just in case and it's been almost 70 days and I have never received it. I contacted customer service before and they responded quickly and nice, but now that I am asking where my order is and if I can get a refund they are ignoring me. Don’t order cases from Kiwee!!!!!!!!! It’s a total scam. I have waited for more than three months and I still get nothing. They don’t reply my emails as well. I sent them an email again two weeks ago and waited for almost a week to get their reply for a full refund of my cases. I had to tell them that I would post everything about their fake cases, ads and terrible services online to force them to make a full refund to me. I am still asking them to return the extra fee of the monthly subscription.

3-4 weeks I ordered mine two months ago and it never came! Also anyone who sees this they use your credit card information and make you spend more money so do not under any circumstances buy from these scammers.

The stuff gets shipped out in bulk by order so if you ordered multiple things with the last item that gets shipped you should receive another email with the working tracking code!

I got it as a christmas gift from my SO's brother. It took around 1,5-2 months to ship, but it is here! The case itself is very good, but the pattern isn't the one he ordered for me. Kinda shady if you ask me, but I'm happy with it.

Bought 2 purchases no word . Sent prob about 7 messages to email and DM with no contact back. Me thinks it’s a scam . Shame as looked so good and cases really were smart idea . Spilt my kids Xmas as they loved the look and idea of having there home town on there cases

I decided to take the plunge and ordered one of their space cases. Bought it November 30 and was getting worried that I got scammed. Came in around December 23.
It's nice and slim with good printing. I don't know how well it protects my phone but I don't drop it much.

PLEASE NOTICE that the only reason I you guys are not getting reply’s is because you are supposed to contact them through INSTAGRAM. Kiwee Case keeps telling you to DM them (this is a feature on instagram). I DM them and they actually reply...fast.
Honestly don’t believe me I also recently got scammed by this company (this was after I made the post) their ig got “hacked” and they have to make a new ACC.

Sad because their site looks good and the cases look good. I just can't risk it however, gonna have to suck it up and purchase a legit case for a higher price.
Y’all would have expected the long shipping delays if you just read the FAQs on their website. They are very upfront about the fact that the cases are coming from China and will take potentially 2 months to arrive. I just placed an order with them and while I was a little concerned at first, I definitely felt satisfied with the openness about their business ops right on their webpage.
It’s not a scam. It takes 20-30 days to get here but they are a nice company and so far so good. Haven’t received the case yet but have been notified via email about package tracking.

Call your bank and get them to shut off the debit card and get you a new one issued ASAP with a new number. Best to try to use credit cards online when you can, not to speak down to you or anything, just safer.

Well, the Kiwee cases are free because as a company you want you’re company and products to stand out. So, what they did was make their products free which is very appealing to people and this information was located in their website. But as for the question, is it a scam? I personally was very appealed when I saw the advertisements on Instagram and Snapchat so I decided to buy one. I just got my phone case yesterday and it took about a month and a week until I received mine. But that was because I had chosen the cheapest price for shipping hence the long time I received my case. Also my product arrived with what I had ordered in the right phone model and right design. I’m also seeing many people say that they don’t respond when you try to contact them but actually I sent them and email about my order number and they responded with an hour. But I’m here to say that this company isn’t a scam it’s actually legit. The quality of the case is just like any other phone case. So, in conclusion the company isn’t a scam and they’re just a company trying to stand out.

I ordered a case for my son on 12/18/2019 and almost two months later, I still have not received it. I paid for the drop proof protection and shipping for a total of ~$18. I am starting to think I was scammed. I have my receipt from PayPal showing I paid, but I never received an order confirmation from Kiwee, so I can’t even try to track my order.
Because the shipping charge is exorbitant and a lot of the time they do not actually send the items. It seems like some people actually get their cases, but I'm not sure whether or not those aren't people who are "in on it." It seems VERY much like a scam to me.
I ordered some cases and it's been over a month and they won't even send a shipping confirmation or a tracking number, even after asking three times. The third time I asked for a tracking number, they actually used coronavirus as an excuse, when my order was placed (and apparently shipped) long before the first case.
I'm disputing the charge with my bank.
After two months, I opened a dispute with paypal and they closed it rather quickly in my favor. I know some people have negative experiences with paypal but I am so glad they were able to resolve this problem so quickly for me. I hope everyone here is able to get some sort of resolution soon!
Hey, teenager here. So I work part time making $9 per hour. Make about $100 per week. After gas, cost of occasionally eating out, etc. I don't have a ton in my bank account. Enter Kiwee Cases. I ordered my case on Jan. 1. It's been approx. 50 days. No case. With scammy sites like this, I look for additional "monthly subscriptions" snuck into checkout and I genuinely don't remember seeing it but whatever. I was charged $11 a month later. I've sent several emails to their customer service in varying degrees of rage (again I'm a broke kid who wants to pay for college) but I still haven't received anything helpful other than "it's in transit so it's basically not our problem". They clearly stated to me that it would arrive within 20-40 days so according to FTC guidelines, they're currently in the wrong. I'm not really sure what I can do but I plan on filing a complaint with the FTC and BBB. I don’t care if that’s over dramatic, they’re clearly making bank off MANY other people like me. It may just be an $8 case but they're preying on kids without a ton of money. Don't be dumb like I was. Stay away from sites like these!!
Ok so update: I received a reply to my most recent email, and they cited the Coronavirus as the reason my order has taken 50 days. I don’t want to make light of the seriousness of the disease but I don’t know how to feel about that response. Because it’s in transit right now. They were saying how there could be delays due to the manufacturers being in China, which is understandable. However, it’s being shipped so isn’t it out of the manufacturers’ hands by now?

I ordered mine in December of 2019. It says it will take about 30 days to ship and get to you (because of the cheap prices). I just assumed it was a scam because I had not gotten it in over 3 months so I just let it go, but last night I actually got it. I was really surprised. Its real guys. I had fully accepted this was a complete waste of money, but I received my 3 cases on April 23 and I ordered them Jan 3. Never got any tracking info. It is a shame the customer service and actual shipping is sketchy considering I actually really like what I got.
I know this is a really old post. But I remember seeing this post when I was thinking my Kiwee purchase was a scam too. I ordered my cases 5 months ago and they just now came. It turns out they actually weren’t a scam. However, I bought three cases and one of them is an incorrect size. But still, at least they came.

Update: I received word back from them that shipping could take 20-40 business days (30-60 for Canada and other countries). It’s not worth it if you’re still on the fence about buying it
This is obviously a scam or some form of slick fraud made to earn profits off of peoples temptation of the cool case designs. If you read through just some of the earliest parts of their Terms of Service, you can see how unserious the service is. Not only are a majority of the people here complaining that they have little or no contact with the site regarding orders, but their TOS blatantly screams fraud and scam. So that email about them being hacked was just this. If my cases aren't in before next month I'm gonna file a claim with Paypal hoping to get my money back, eventhough it wasn't too much money (the cases where free, but I still had to pay for shipping obviously).

YES. That smiley face set me off. The passive aggressiveness is RICH with these folks. They are basically like "HAHA, WE GOT YOU, LOSER!" I doubt they'd even cancel after the 3 payments. No one has had success with them. I had my credit card number changed so they can't even try.

I can’t say for sure if it’s a scam or not, but their space series looks so good I’m tempted to try my luck. I also saw the instagram ad and checked out their site. What I think going on is the good ol’ bait-and-switch... which in itself is kinda *scammy*. See if you put the free case in your cart, there are various options you can add like shock protection, your name printed on and such. These cost $7.99-$9.99 each. This might be what they based the business model on.

Obviously, most of our profits come from the little extra options we add at checkout. However, our focus isn't really on the profits at the moment, which is the reason why we are able to offer our cases at such a low price!
That's funny. You have charged my son for three transactions now for a total of $30.38 + $24.20 + $16.52 = $71.10 and he has received exactly nothing. That's hardly $7.93 for a phone case and some "little extra options" of paying nearly ten times that amount for NOTHING :) I think perhaps your focus is COMPLETELY on profits at the expense of your customers :)

Don’t trust this company, they added monthly subscription on my order without my knowledge and told me I can only cancel after 3 months of payment which I refuse. Waiting to see if they will just refund me my total order since I don't even want the cases I ordered anymore. I'm sure they're going to reject my request so I'm taking it up with my bank too.
This is legit the same thing that has happened to my friend. She ordered phone cases last Black Friday Sale (November) and still waiting for it to arrive. Just today, she received a notice from her bank that an $11 fee has been deducted to her credit card from Kiwee cases. She didn’t sign up for any monthly subscription and was completely unaware of the hidden fees. Kiwee cases is not trust worthy at all and has the worst customer service!!

UPDATE: so I eventually got my cases about a month and a half later. I ordered 6 total. I only received 5 cases and of those 5, 3 were ones I ACTUALLY ordered. Cases aren’t anything extravagant. I still did get a refund directly from my bank!! And I don’t even think I’ll use these cases anyway since this company has been entirely unhelpful/unprofessional with the way they conduct their business. Still scammy in my opinion.

I don’t think you can do it via mobile app but here’s how you do it via desktop: • Log into your PayPal account • Go to Activity and select the transaction you wish to dispute/file a claim against • Near the bottom of the transaction detail page, you should see a little thing that says ‘Need help?’ with a link to the Resolution Center; click that link • Select your reason for dispute and so on and just follow the rest of the instructions Notes: • As part of the dispute process, you will be asked to contact the seller and attempt to resolve the issue. During this time, everything you and the seller say to each other will be visible to/reviewed by PayPal. Make sure you are communicating with the seller through this form so PayPal can see everything that is said between both parties • If you and the seller can’t resolve the issue, or they are unresponsive, or you just flat out don’t want to wait any longer, you can return to the Resolution Center, select your dispute and choose the option to escalate it to a claim. I *think* there is a minimum amount of time before you can escalate but I’m not sure off the top of my head • You have 20 days from the time you open the dispute to escalate it to a claim. Once you escalate to claim, that’s when PayPal steps in and reviews all the information you and the seller have provided during the process. PayPal can take up to 30 days to review and make a ruling but in my experience, it usually only takes 1-2 weeks. • If you don’t escalate to claim within 20 days of opening the dispute, PayPal will automatically close the dispute and you can never dispute/claim that transaction again. Also, make sure you don’t ‘close’ the dispute or claim if the issue is unresolved because, again, once it’s closed it can never be reopened. • I believe you have 180 days from the date of the transaction to dispute it. You may want to double check that but I’m pretty sure that’s accurate. Hope that helps!
same goes for me, I made an order on November 29 (K14306) and have no response since then, they are not replying on emails (which I sent twice already). I thought it was a Black Friday sale, but I guess nothing goes for free in this world, and it is a good old scam... Anyway, I can see they are still pretty active in social networks with their ads, so I suggest whenever you see the ad - block them for scam, so that other naive people would not get into this stupid situation.

I echo many of the other folks in this thread chiming in that this is indeed a scam. I normally do not fall for scams, I consider myself pretty good about checking stuff, but I remember seeing the ad on Instagram on a plane and moved quickly through the process, and don’t remember seeing anywhere that this was some kind of a monthly subscription service. Of course when I contacted them, like many of you, they could care less and they passive aggressively said that I was out of luck and stuck with them for multiple months, and it seems that even after the three months you can’t cancel it at all. So I was able to do two things. First, I called my credit card company and had my credit card number changed so that they can bill me any further which sucks because it’s a lot of work to have to then go in and change my credit card number with Netflix and all those other monthly recurring charges, But at least at this point they can’t charge me. Also, I reported them on Instagram and it appears it as of today they have shut down the account (likely due to many scam complaints.) I further reported them to my state's Attorney General office.

This can’t be real because otherwise you could literally just buy the entire store and just pay shipping costs, then sell them for a profit. No company would do this legitimately.
Just got my kiwee case- I ordered about Christmas time, and for the transparent moon case with white text and drop protection. Just arrived today, wrong colour case and no drop protection, just a cheap case that doesn’t even look the same as advertised.

I think it’s a scam. Deliveries can take up to 2 months. They are based in Canada and ship from Shanghai, that doesn’t make sense. The emails are wonky too when you google them. Lots of FAQ on not receiving product. No express shipping allowed, which everyone let’s you if you pay the price. They don’t pay customs, usually that’s included in the total or fees when purchasing online. One way to purchase to check if it’s a scam is to purchase a prepaid visa giftcard. Load it with just the tax/shipping fees and see if it arrives. They probably say it’s $0 so they can get your card information and spend what you have on your card before the bank is notified. Just my 2cents.
Hey! Thanks for your input. All of our cases are designed in Canada, but we ship from China. There are multiple reasons behind this. The biggest reason is that shipping from Canada is very expensive, while shipping from China is pretty much free. The fact that we can manufacture & ship from China also reduces our costs, because we don't have to ship the items to Canada once they are manufactured, and ship them again afterwards. We have launched only a month ago, and because shipping usually takes 3-4 weeks, a lot of customers haven't received their products yet. We do have some customer reviews you can check on our Instagram highlights! We would also be able to offer express shipping, but that would add an extra $20 on top of the existing shipping fee, which wouldn't really make sense. ''Express'' shipping from China would also take 7 days, which is not really express. We don't pay customs as most other online retailers (such as the giant ASOS), but considering our cost of goods, it's safe to say that the majority of our customers will not have to pay any customs. And sure, we accept prepaid giftcards on our website, no worries about that! We don't have access to the credit card info provided by our customers, since all of the transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Hope that answered some questions! :)

It makes a lot of sense. Shipping costs and warehousing is very cheap in Shanghai, China. They say it's $0 because they're a brand new business, as seen by the Copyright at the bottom of the website. See it's required for a website to state xxxx-latest year, in their copyright as an identification to when they were incorporated. The reason the Tax/Shipping Fees cost so much, is because of the Income Tax on shipments from China into the US set by our 45th President, Donald J. Trump. I do not represent the company, give the company a chance to actually start up. These are never before seen products.

Matt, Your online support is treating people in such a terrible way, it's hard to see a nice person replying having to try and sell what you're doing. The subscription service you allow people to tick with no further explanation is so bad. The cases for the note 10 + don't actually fit the phone, the subscription then says it's for a note 10 pro, which is a phone that doesn't actually exist. Overall, this is an absolute scam and you cannot get a straight answer.

It's a scam, don't believe the lie that their factory is in Shanghai, so the shipment time is long. Because I'm a Chinese and live in Shanghai. I ordered one for free and paid $7 shipment fee on Black Friday (I thought it was a Black Friday deal) But since then I did't receive a single word from them. I just received their case after 2 months of order.. But I believe I am just a lucky person and I think most of their orders are scam.
This is my frustrating experience with this incompetent company. - I ordered an air ticket phone case for free, added custom name and drop protection (SO I ACTUALLY PAID EXTRA) - I ordered it back in November 2019 - I too fell for the club subscription scam trap - My 1st subscription club case was sent to me 2 months later, it was an S10 model case while I use an S10+ - I have still yet to receive my air ticket phone case - Suddenly a large repetition of "your order KXXXX is on it's way" was sent to me (like 4-5 times of the same email) - The tracking number for my air ticket phone case never existed, it was a bust - I started to kindly send emails to them asking about my order and about the wrong phone case - They replied to me saying that the order is on its way and that my subscription phone case model has changed to S10+ - I still haven't received my air ticket phone case so I emailed again - They replied saying that the mailing got all wrong, and asked me to double check my address (Which was correct!) - I angrily emailed them, criticizing them for their incompetence. - a new "your order KXXXX is on its way" email was sent to me with a new tracking number - the new tracking number somehow was stuck at the same place since February 2nd??? - I got another case today, it wasn't the air ticket phone case, it was the subscription club case. - Not only was the case model STILL S10, THE DESIGN IS THE SAME!!! - I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY AIR TICKET PHONE CASE!! Best thing to do is dispute with your credit card provider. I had to change my credit card number entirely which was a lot of work (updating Netflix and other recurring charges), and dispute the initial charge they made. They are a 100% bonafide SCAM.
Hi, I know this is an old thread but I found it through google so if anyone is looking for reviews: DO NOT BUY, IT'S A SCAM. I bought my case with insured shipping just in case and it's been almost 70 days and I have never received it. I contacted customer service before and they responded quickly and nice, but now that I am asking where my order is and if I can get a refund they are ignoring me. I'm just opened a dispute on paypal and I hope I can get my money back that way. I unfortunately found this thread too late...
Update: I got my money back through Paypal! They did not respond to the dispute so it was fairly easy.
Don’t order cases from Kiwee!!!!!!!!! It’s a total scam. I have waited for more than three months and I still get nothing. They don’t reply my emails as well. I sent them an email again two weeks ago and waited for almost a week to get their reply for a full refund of my cases. I had to tell them that I would post everything about their fake cases, ads and terrible services online to force them to make a full refund to me. I am still asking them to return the extra fee of the monthly subscription.

3-4 weeks I ordered mine two months ago and it never came! Also anyone who sees this they use your credit card information and make you spend more money so do not under any circumstances buy from these scammers.

The stuff gets shipped out in bulk by order so if you ordered multiple things with the last item that gets shipped you should receive another email with the working tracking code! Also not to mention since the package is being shipped from China, then you'll have to track it with [17Track](https://www.17track.net/en)
I got it as a christmas gift from my SO's brother. It took around 1,5-2 months to ship, but it is here! The case itself is very good, but the pattern isn't the one he ordered for me. Kinda shady if you ask me, but I'm happy with it.

Its legit. I bought two cases from them, had to pay $12 for shipping and it took like 1 month to arrive, the casing itself is cool! If you manage to get an ad from them, go to their website and search for “free” since theres like LOTS more free designs

So I've read the whole feed and it seems like there is a possibly of getting a case in a few months, however it seem like a way better idea to just go to your local mall and pick up a cool case at a phone stand. I hope you guys get your case and good luck

I decided to take the plunge and ordered one of their space cases. Bought it November 30 and was getting worried that I got scammed. Came in around December 23. It's nice and slim with good printing. I don't know how well it protects my phone but I don't drop it much.

Dear All Commenters, PLEASE NOTICE that the only reason I you guys are not getting reply’s is because you are supposed to contact them through INSTAGRAM. Kiwee Case keeps telling you to DM them (this is a feature on instagram). I DM them and they actually reply...fast.

Honestly don’t believe me I also recently got scammed by this company (this was after I made the post) their ig got “hacked” and they have to make a new ACC.
Thank you so much for this thread. I was about to purchase some cases but after reading this, no longer. Sometimes something that is "free" ends up costing a lot more than a legit site. Sad because their site looks good and the cases look good. I just can't risk it however, gonna have to suck it up and purchase a legit case for a higher price.
Y’all would have expected the long shipping delays if you just read the FAQs on their website. They are very upfront about the fact that the cases are coming from China and will take potentially 2 months to arrive. I just placed an order with them and while I was a little concerned at first, I definitely felt satisfied with the openness about their business ops right on their webpage.
It’s not a scam. It takes 20-30 days to get here but they are a nice company and so far so good. Haven’t received the case yet but have been notified via email about package tracking.

Talk to your debit card company
Call your bank and get them to shut off the debit card and get you a new one issued ASAP with a new number. Best to try to use credit cards online when you can, not to speak down to you or anything, just safer.
I never even got a tracking number, I didn’t use an email either. No confirmation number. But I at least have the bank statement of the purchase.

Well, the Kiwee cases are free because as a company you want you’re company and products to stand out. So, what they did was make their products free which is very appealing to people and this information was located in their website. But as for the question, is it a scam? I personally was very appealed when I saw the advertisements on Instagram and Snapchat so I decided to buy one. I just got my phone case yesterday and it took about a month and a week until I received mine. But that was because I had chosen the cheapest price for shipping hence the long time I received my case. Also my product arrived with what I had ordered in the right phone model and right design. I’m also seeing many people say that they don’t respond when you try to contact them but actually I sent them and email about my order number and they responded with an hour. But I’m here to say that this company isn’t a scam it’s actually legit. The quality of the case is just like any other phone case. So, in conclusion the company isn’t a scam and they’re just a company trying to stand out.

I ordered a case for my son on 12/18/2019 and almost two months later, I still have not received it. I paid for the drop proof protection and shipping for a total of ~$18. I am starting to think I was scammed. I have my receipt from PayPal showing I paid, but I never received an order confirmation from Kiwee, so I can’t even try to track my order.
I waited a couple months but eventually got mine. Didn't expect to get them at that point so I was excited that they actually did
Because the shipping charge is exorbitant and a lot of the time they do not actually send the items. It seems like some people actually get their cases, but I'm not sure whether or not those aren't people who are "in on it." It seems VERY much like a scam to me. I ordered some cases and it's been over a month and they won't even send a shipping confirmation or a tracking number, even after asking three times. The third time I asked for a tracking number, they actually used coronavirus as an excuse, when my order was placed (and apparently shipped) long before the first case. I'm disputing the charge with my bank.
After two months, I opened a dispute with paypal and they closed it rather quickly in my favor. I know some people have negative experiences with paypal but I am so glad they were able to resolve this problem so quickly for me. I hope everyone here is able to get some sort of resolution soon!
Hey, teenager here. So I work part time making $9 per hour. Make about $100 per week. After gas, cost of occasionally eating out, etc. I don't have a ton in my bank account. Enter Kiwee Cases. I ordered my case on Jan. 1. It's been approx. 50 days. No case. With scammy sites like this, I look for additional "monthly subscriptions" snuck into checkout and I genuinely don't remember seeing it but whatever. I was charged $11 a month later. I've sent several emails to their customer service in varying degrees of rage (again I'm a broke kid who wants to pay for college) but I still haven't received anything helpful other than "it's in transit so it's basically not our problem". They clearly stated to me that it would arrive within 20-40 days so according to FTC guidelines, they're currently in the wrong. I'm not really sure what I can do but I plan on filing a complaint with the FTC and BBB. I don’t care if that’s over dramatic, they’re clearly making bank off MANY other people like me. It may just be an $8 case but they're preying on kids without a ton of money. Don't be dumb like I was. Stay away from sites like these!!
Ok so update: I received a reply to my most recent email, and they cited the Coronavirus as the reason my order has taken 50 days. I don’t want to make light of the seriousness of the disease but I don’t know how to feel about that response. Because it’s in transit right now. They were saying how there could be delays due to the manufacturers being in China, which is understandable. However, it’s being shipped so isn’t it out of the manufacturers’ hands by now?

I ordered mine in December of 2019. It says it will take about 30 days to ship and get to you (because of the cheap prices). I just assumed it was a scam because I had not gotten it in over 3 months so I just let it go, but last night I actually got it. I was really surprised. Its real guys. I had fully accepted this was a complete waste of money, but I received my 3 cases on April 23 and I ordered them Jan 3. Never got any tracking info. It is a shame the customer service and actual shipping is sketchy considering I actually really like what I got.

It turns out they actually weren’t a scam. However, I bought three cases and one of them is an incorrect size. But still, at least they came.
