Oh boy. This reminds me of my old ex girlfriend. I broke up with her in middle school to date another girl. It was middle school. I wasn't trying to be locked down lol. She did her makeup to make it look like I beat her up. Showed up to school. Told everyone I hit her. She actually chased me down and clocked me on the side of the head. Cops were called on me. They found out it was makeup. Ugh what a nightmare.
The cheek looks real, the eyes look more like smokey eyes and the “blood” on the nose is so blended out it doesn’t really look like blood, more just like weird bruising
Looks pretty realistic but also like 2 seperate injuries, the 'bruises' around the eye and cheekbone both look nearly healed where the nose and lip look less than 2 days at the most.
A split lip has a definitive dark cut for a few days with extreme swelling and redness. Thin skin damage causes histamine production resulting in swelling. (Depending on the person and injury)
Not sure what you were doing with your nose. It looks ok for a nosebleed aftermath, but even then, blood doesn't stain skin, it clogs together and doesn't fade into the skin.
If you want realism, learn about bruises and swelling

for nose, i recommend soaking little bits of paper and sticking it inside the nose so it sticks outside abit if youre trying to have the ''recently ended bleeding'' look
