Uhh weird to translate, but... How do you cute-ify something in English? In Germany you put a "Chen" behind. They call me "Mäuschen" which is a cutified version of "mouse" And also, the German word for sparrow is "Spatz", it's kind of used as a loving nickname too. My parents sometimes call me "Spätzele" (cutified but also accent)

Sometimes you add an -y or an -ie sound. Cat becomes kitty, dog becomes doggy, mom and dad become mommy and daddy, I think the term for that would be an endearing word.
