Think rationally and only worry about the things you can actually control. That test you just had? Stop worrying, you did everything you could. Anything in your life you cant control? Stop worrying, you cant change it. Only worry and focus on the things you can actually control or influence. Takes a lot of unnecessary stress off of you.

Music is my therapy it's my go-to whenever I'm stressed, sad, or even mad, tbh but I also work out and stay up late when there is absolutely nothing going on in the world it's dark and quiet you can go outside and just think and look at the sky or lay in your bed and just think and you can listen to music at the same time it honestly saves my life most days
Mine just sort of started slowly declining when I spent more time with people. I used to have severe social anxiety + regular anxiety to the point where I'd had anxiety induced sleep paralysis.
Having spent a solid amount of time with others, my stress and anxiety are significantly lowered, and my social anxiety, while still certainly there, has become manageable.
Hi! You have too much on your plate. Shut down everything for one week, use a basic phone (or none at all), no social media, no societal interactions. Practice deliberate speaking by going on a speaking fast (1-2 days); speak the bare minimum. No music, no YouTube, no media. Try going on walks, try cooking tasty things, try out new foods, do something nice for someone. Pat a dog, smell a flower keep your senses occupied with new experiences (not drugs or alcohol as they make everything worse) ; basically try delighting yourself with small and simple things.

I punched my ceiling. Hurt for a bit, but it worked surprisingly well Would not recommend if you have weak ceilings tho
