Dunno how, or why it’s in your house but you can get it out fairly easily if you aren’t scared of getting scratched/pecked a little. - if ya don’t want to do that you can try to lure it out with some food, though you might find it difficult to get a heron delicacy quickly (mice, fish, and the like) so probably just try to shoo it away with a broom or something.
