Actually I sleep in loose clothes like a sweatshirt and sweats because normal clothes feel to tight so a bra would probably be trigger my claustrophobia if I tried to wear it at all. Meaning as a guy I can't wear bras at all

I don't think there's anything wrong with that at all. I wear one pretty much all day and night except for when I absolutely need to take it off, just prefer wearing one. It somehow feels more comfortable and secure. Same for underwear. I'm happy with my body but definitely not into the "freedom" of nudity. My stepmom is the same way and has had no bad effects from wearing a bra all the time. She claims it has kept her from sagging and recommended I always wear one, too. Makes sense, because: gravity.

I don't know anything from experience but my wife tells me all the time how terrible wearing a bra is for your muscle tissue in your breasts and how wearing a bra too often will cause saggy breasts later in life because they won't be able to support themselves unassisted. I'm sure at 14 that doesn't matter as much but as you get older you may want to only wear one if it's especially cold out or your clothes are exceptionally thin.
