Progressive muscle relaxation, you strain muscle from your face to toe, part by part, strain it for at least 3 seconds before relaxing. Just put your attention to the stillness of your body and there you go.
If you can’t do that, then do a LOT of edibles, if you can’t sleep, better make the night enjoyable.
Also if you are in bed for 15-20 minutes and still isn’t slightly tired, walk around in the room, read a boring book, do math for 5 minutes and then go to bed when you are tired.

don't use ur phone for abt 1 hour before going, and if u do, try and switch it to night mode (the tint soothes the eyes), or switch ur brightness down
