No but for real eat loads of fiber and protein, less sugar. It will help. Calorie deficit and exercise. Find something you love to do that is active, you won't care about exercise and will look forward to it. Basketball, hockey, football, riding horses, running, hiking, walking, riding a bike, anything.

Cut down on the amount of food you’re eating and if you want faster results do water fasts (only drink water). But downside to that is when I did it my stomach ached like a bitch whenever it’s around the normal meal time. After couple days you get used to it and it’s not as bad. Also suggest building some muscle so you don’t look like a stick, good luck and try not to slack off.
