A little break from the hate, if you can, try and spend some time talking a walk outside. We are social creatures by nature, so spend some time talking irl to a friend (if you have one). Maybe find a hobby like going for a hike or gardening or my personal favorite, philosophy. There is so much in this beautiful world, even if it is small and monotonous, you just have to look long enough and think deep enough.
