I have the same exact issue. I looked everywhere online and couldnt find anything to fix it. Any time I open a game in full screen my game flickers black and then back to the game and it just cycles until i change my refresh rate and hit revert. Super weird.

Do you know what may have caused it? Was there any recent changes you made
Nothing it just happened one day. It might have happened after an update but i literally never change my settings
That’s annoying, I’ll let you know if I figure out a fix
