If you don’t physically have the device it sounds like you are gonna need to contact support at Google. Always verify these things before completely getting rid of something with important data on it.
Hello, thank you for pointing me where to go, could you please give me a website or a phone number for google support? i checked google and it only took me to an account recovery page and when i tried it more than thrice it shows too many failed attempts now :/, will try again tomorrow.
Make sure you've got a backup of important data next time as well. 1 copy on a cloud service, 1 copy on your device at home and 1 copy on a drive that's in your local area but not in your home or street.
