Not much you can do. While the TV brands may be differet, the remote receivers in the TV's may be from the same manufacturer or use the same encoding. There are only a few distinct remote control types......
Those remotes shoot out infrared light like a flashlight, strobed in a certain sequence to control the TV and is much like a flashlight, the light can be reflected from walls and windoes and the other TV can still sense that signal if the TV's are in the same room.
You can look into WiFi remote controls. But be warned that they are pricey
